Before It's Too Late is another brilliant crime thriller that from the tense and dramatic opening to the suspenseful and unpredictable climax will keep you totally absorbed and page turning as the multiple plot strands are deftly woven together to create a top notch read.

I loved the character DCI Helen Lavery in An Unfamiliar Murder and The Truth Will Out and am equally taken by Jane's new DI Will Jackman in this her third book - I would love to meet him again in the future.

Fabulous novel that I would certainly recommend.
Happy reading everyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Menacing and suspenseful, 12 July 2015

This review is from: Follow You Home (Kindle Edition)
Follow You Home is menacing, suspenseful, gripping and an absolute cracker of a psychological thriller.

For Daniel Sullivan and Laure MacKenzie their adventure of a lifetime turns into an all consuming, living nightmare .
Eviction from a train in the heart of Romania after being robbed of passports and money and a traumatic and unspeakable evil discovered in the house in the woods will leave them deeply disturbed and have far reaching consequences.

Mark Edwards does a stellar job at balancing action, plot, storyline and characters and brings together the numerous strands of the story in a clever and captivating way.

Having read several of Mark's novels now, I can't wait for the next ( no pressure then Mark)

5.0 out of 5 stars Exciting and action packed, 25 Jun. 2015
An American Kill ( The Whicher series Book 2) is John Stonehouse’s second exciting, action packed, riveting page turner and for me, 5 stars all the way.

Ex-soldier and newly badged US Deputy Marshal John Whicher is one of a handful of law enforcement officers patrolling a fifty mile stretch of the US / Mexican border, watching for illegal crossers and the guides, known as coyotes, who bring them in. They are on the lookout for one coyote in particular, car thief and ex trucker Randall Creagan and have a warrant for his arrest.

Flashes of gunfire in the night sky, a young man killed whilst running for his life and then the discovery of five more dead bodies set this fast paced, roller coaster of a ride off and running.

Great plot and storyline, good balance of both dialogue and narrative , realistic and believable characters, love the character of Whicher and it’s so rich in detail that you see the baked earth, smell the pungent odor of the cigarettes, feel the heat and taste the dust.

A great read- loved it – hope y’all do too.

Happy reading everyone.

I was sent a copy by the author for an honest review

Six Epic Adventure Novels is a fabulous collection of exciting and captivating reads with great plots and storylines, a myriad of colourful and gripping characters and plenty of action and suspense that will keep you entertained and fully engrossed all the way through.

The Orphan Trilogy: The Ninth Orphan/ The Orphan factory/ The Orphan Uprising is an International thriller series which follow Nine, the product of a genetic experiment, through his early years and into adulthood as he uses all his amazing superior skills and talents to escape The Omega agency, a dangerous and corrupt organisation who will stop at nothing to fulfil their objective of global dominance.

The World Duology: World Odyssey and Fiji are epic tales set in the 1800’s which follow the exploits and often dangerous journeys of three very different characters as they journey across continents and eventually arrive at the South Pacific island of Fiji.

Into The Americas: is an historical fiction novel and gripping adventure story and introduces us to John Jewitt, a young man whose dreams of adventure and travel become reality as he joins the crew of the brig, The Boston as she sets sail to the Americas to trade with the indigenous tribes who populate the new world.

I thoroughly enjoyed them all.

5.0 out of 5 stars Gripping adventure story, 7 Jun. 2015

It is 1802 and apprentice blacksmith John Jewitt is living in Kingston Upon Hull and working for his father.
His dreams of adventure and traveling to far off places becomes real when Captain John Salter asks him to join the crew aboard his brig, The Boston, which is setting sail to the Americas to trade muskets with the indigenous tribes who populate the new world, then sail on to China.

So begins Into The Americas, an historical fiction novel and a gripping adventure story.

With a great plot and storyline, plenty of exciting action, a diverse cast of colorful and believable characters and the authors well researched detail that brilliantly captures the atmosphere, customs, sights, sounds and surroundings of the period, you quickly become immersed into the world the authors have created for us.

This was a very enjoyable and entertaining read - I loved it- and look forward to reading more in the future from the talented father and son team of Lance and James Morcan.

Happy reading everyone!!!
