This is even better then the rest., 9 Oct 2006
It's finaly here and its better then ever. The season in which clark and Lex finaly realise that they will never really be friends and the season in which Chloe finaly becomes the one non-family member (apart from Pete) that Clark can trust.
The characters get better, the storylines get darker and, unfortunatley, the Lana/Clark relationship really does disintergrate. Also, a death that leaves Smallville and it's fans devestated, even though you know its coming if you know Superman folklore.
I am really happy that Lionel is becoming a good guy (steadily). I always had a feeling he might be salvigable. Horray for Erica Durance. Her portrayal of Lois is by far the best. Its a pity we dont see much of her in this season. Alison Mack is, as usual, a consumate professional and should at least get one chance of snogging Tom Welling.
The season finale is, in my opinion, the most exciting so far. No one knows who will live or who might not. Will Zod become a perminant fixture? Will Lex remember anything? Will Clark finaly, finaly, finaly learn how to fly. I mean, he can do everything else. HURRY UP SEASON SIX!!!
