3.0 out of 5 stars Worth the money but read Mr Love's review, it's spot on, 9 April 2012
Having just bought this I won't bore you all with my review as the review by ' Mr Love ' is pretty much spot on in my opinion. I bought it for £8 which makes it great value and, as a fan, it's a very worthwhile package. My main issues were Dave's voice for one, initially I was really disappointed, it sounded like he was actually trying to sing in a Vic Reeves club stylee. It does get better after the first few songs but overall feels weaker than expected. I also thought the actual sound of the gig felt somewhat detached from the visual performance which maybe just a big stadium feel or poor recording.

1.0 out of 5 stars If you thought volume 1 was bad then you better read this..., 24 Feb 2012
I'm not sure what the thinking was here but volume 1 was bad, unwatchable to be honest but at least you could listen to it. Maybe volume 2 has arrived because it's an improvement or volume 1 actually sold? who knows but don't be fooled into thinking it couldn't get any worse.....because it can. Volume 2 i'm afraid may be a newer volume but the gigs on it are actually older, the knitting factory 2001 and all tomorrows parties 2002. The knitting factory 2001 is filmed from a couple of cameras in the audience with a very average picture quality, not helped by the camera wobbling far to often with it's owners shaky hands. This is basically home movie stuff actually released to the general public. There are no cuts between songs but the sound quality is weak so it's uncomfortable to watch and listen to. all tomorrows parties gig may as well just be a blank screen, you can see nothing, it's far too dark. The sound is also poor so again this is pointless/unwatchable/unlistenable. Go out and buy 'last night at the palais' it's actually worth the money.

1.0 out of 5 stars Just don't buy it, you have been warned....., 24 Feb 2012
Well well my first review, i promised never to bother but some things just shouldn't be allowed, this 2xdvd pack is one of them. Two gigs, punkcast 2004 and the garage 2002. The picture quality is awful, punkcast from the pit, poor, grainy picture and edited to the point that it has to say 'punkcast 2004' on the screen at the start of every song. The garage gig is even worse, filmed from the back of the room on a static cam, again unwatchable picture quality. The only possible use for these two dvd's is to stick them on in the background and listen to them as they are bearable sound quality wise. Not really the point of a dvd to just listen to it but there we go. Be warned, it's just not worth it, avoid and get 'last night at the palais' instead.
