This one of the greatest book I ever read. Of course the style is pleasant but the author does a very good job at rationalising success, failure and the like. I wish I read it earlier in my life. He must be extremely disappointed to read the last sentence, as I just prove that I'm still time travelling. I'm not! Thanks to him I embrace now and his approach. I'll start a blog and publish 10 ideas a day. I'll start my own venture and be proud of my circles.

Whether they should focus on incremental changes and compete with current incumbents or they should spot breakthrough and enter new markets without fear, there can be a structured process to create and sustain growth.

This book is for executives and managers. The previous should reflect on how they choose those they put in charge and use circumstance-based approaches rather than the so common one-size-fits-all approach they once used. The latter should revisit their mental filters that lead to kill disruptive ideas even before birth.
