It's a bit of a grower, and quite a serious album, there's no Bartender & the Thief type songs on this one. Nor is there another Maybe Tomorrow either. But i have to say i really like it. Going to see them in a few weeks, it will be interesting to see how these new songs go down live.

I saw Girlschool in Edinburgh a lifetime ago and actually met them backstage. Great band, this is a really good account of their career with good choices from their vast back catalogue.

Great album. I only previously owned the Infected album so knew little about the other songs out there, really glad i got this, it will encourage me to get the other albums now.

Weird to get the 1st & 3rd albums together, but hey ho. Rattus was and still is a great album, but i always loved Black & White. Have both on vinyl and it was about time I got a cd version.
Excellent trip down memory lane.

Very surprised by just how good this is.
Anyone who has seen the musical Sunshine on Leith will notice a few tracks here.
But track for track as good as anything the guys have done

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Enjoyable!, 8 April 2010
Loved this! I was at a few of the gigs mentioned so it was good to hear what really went on behind the scenes.
A great purchase if you are a bit of an SLF diehard.

1.0 out of 5 stars A bit of a let down, 8 April 2010
The term DVD Audio was a bit new to me, and as a result I was very dissapointed with this. There is no footage of SLF Live, but simply photographs of the band which appear on screen as you listen to quite a poor live recording of them.
If you want a good live recording buy Hanx!
Otherwise, leave this well alone.
