4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent buy, 3 Aug. 2010
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The ukelele is lovely, bright and colourful. We expected the strings to need tuning often but they don`t-the strings soon settled in and the sound is really good. The tuner is a great help for tuning when first purchased and intermittently since. the case isn`t robust but stops surface damage, scratches etc.

1.0 out of 5 stars Whistle not loud enough, and broke off soon after buying., 15 Dec. 2009

This kettle looks good. I'm sure the thick base is a good thing, but it makes the kettle quite heavy even when empty. This makes it hard to tell how much water is in it just by lifting it. So I have to remove the lid to check. Also, the kettle I had previously had a good loud whistle. This is really quiet in comparison. I need to be actually in the kitchen to hear it, which defeats the object of the whistle. Any background noise drowns it out. Update to this review: The whistle/stopper parted company with the trigger after a month of use. so it's now in the bin. Don't buy one of these.
