This thai kitchen rocks! Even on a working day. This is food you can only imagine of, and yet, you have been the chef de cuisine all evening.
Forget about the local (and very good) thai restaurant. With this book, you have just turned into one of the best thai chefs, so even Santa Clause would consider you to prepare his perfect cristmas dinner.
It is a challenge in the beginning, but once the techniques are at hand it is a walk in the park. Ingredients are not a problem.
Get your wok on the stove!
