Interesting but somewhat doctrinaire, 15 May 2009
There is a wealth of interesting facts and observations, in this book, for people interested in urban space and planning. However, there is also a bit too much jargon and a rigid adherence to the writer's postulates about the hierarchy of forms/boundaries that he feels he has to link every phenomenon back to. Interesting for specialists but not for one's basic urban form library.
