Classic Devin. Always worth listening to. DTP never ceases to amaze. Bring on the next Ziltoid album. And anything else we are allowed to hear :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Dio is BACK!!, 17 Jun 2009
This review is from: The Devil You Know (Audio CD)
What can be said, Dio is as good as ever, brings back good memories of earlyish Sabbath and Dio live. Now ever hopeful they will do a tour and at least visit scotland.

Bought with live at radio city otherwise known as heaven and hell live.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Finest Viking Metal, 17 Jun 2009
From the very start you are hooked.

Hold the heathen hammer high sets the tone for the rest of the album, high energy metal.

If you get a chance see them live, the energy in the album is more than exceeded live.

5.0 out of 5 stars One for the essential list, 8 Jun 2009
This review is from: Neon Wasteland (Audio CD)
Definitely worth a listen. One now on my regular iPod playlist, and having recently seen them live for the first time, looking forward to the 26th June in Edinburgh for the next time.
Brings back lots of good memories of 80s and 90s metal and everything in between. Good to hear a band not just following the current trends and doing what comes naturally and bringing the house down.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Kings of Pirate Metal, 9 Mar 2009
This review is from: Leviathan (Audio CD)
Leviathan is a fitting sequel to the incredible Captains Morgans Revenge. Just enough to keep the appetite for them alive....and looking forward to the next release hopefully by the end of the year.

It metal in the form I best rememeber....that is fun and not out for a fast buck.

I would thoroughly recommend getting Leviathan and if you don't already have it Captain Morgans Revenge.

I'm Looking forward to seeing them Live in Edinburgh soon. Missed the last one. Definitely worth a night out to see....pirate costumes optional :o)
