5.0 out of 5 stars FIRST CLASS LAWN MOWER, 27 May 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I am a professional gardener and had many types of lawn mowers including the top makers like Honda. I bought this Hayter 41 lawn mower two years ago now and it has been used every day apart from the winter months. These are the facts on the running of this mower; normally starts second pull, cuts grass very short if needed, even shorter than the Honda’s. The machine is very, very, light but still puts down good lines to the lawn. I’ve cut around bushes picked up leaves with it after cutting hedges which they end up as mulch in the basket. Problems other customers have complained about are very strange, I've been running this for two years as I've said, without any problems. The only thing that's broken is the lid to the grass box, and that's only due to heavy use. One piece of advice though, to keep the lawn mower tip top in running order, change the oil every three months, change the blade every year and lube the cables and it will run and run. This is a very good lawn mower.

5.0 out of 5 stars THIS GREEN AND PLEASANT LAND, 12 Mar 2006
If you want to see Britain at its best with hills and dales, cliffs or crags, rivers and Lochs, and seen from the eyes of poets, artists, and dreamers. Then this DVD will give you insight to what Britain was in a bygone age, and as it is now today in the British Countryside. David Dimbleby has managed to capture what it is to be British in this glorious land of ours, poets and artists from our past managed to put into words how beautiful our country is, who painted our landscapes in all weathers. The BBC with David Dimbleby have made a masterpiece in its own right showing this country in good light and to which we should be proud. Our country is undergoing another great change, good or bad, but change it will, and this DVD will be a time capsule for our future generations.
