easy to read, very basic, 19 April 2013
After reading the book I realised that either I am already a good conversationalist or the standards proposed by 'Conversation Lubricants' are too basic. The book offers insight to important aspects of conversation - like unspoken communication, gestures, eye contact, topics to avoid - but presents them in a broad context. It lacks situational advice and depth.
Nevertheless, an easy read and might help people stress and memorise the most basic keys to success of social interactions.
