This review is from: Ash (Paperback)
I have read most of the reviews below with regards to ASH. The thing with this novel is that it finally answers some of the questions within the ghosts of sleath and haunted, you have to read these books first to understand the underpinning of David Ash.
James Herbert was a master of his genre, I grew up with his books and his unique way of telling a story. He was a horror writer a thriller writer and an all round writhing legend - I loved this book, call it what you want, but don't ignore the quality of the writing, thank you Mr Herbert , when I was growing up, you frightened th hell out of me!

This book is the best yet , the character of Adrian Mole makes you laugh, cry, angry, sad.Sue Townsend has definately done it agin. She weaves the rich tapestry of adrians life around him like a warm coat in winter.
From the madness of adrian's girlfriend marigold to the experinces of glen bott (now in the army). The story about Nigels eyesight is prophetic and funny at the same time.I read this book in 3 days , i just could not put it down.I'm starting it again now.
Buy it,Steal it,Beg it..Just read it.
Thanks Sue..This book will be always cherished.
