5.0 out of 5 stars Great Clock, 19 July 2010
This is a terrific digital clock. Large, easy to read display and an attractive high gloss surround. Picked up the MSF time signal quickly. Easily wall mountable. The packaging was good. The printed instructions are brief, but there really isn't that much to know. I haven't used the alarm functions so won't comment on those. All in all, a great clock.

3.0 out of 5 stars The Empire Strikes Back in Cartoon Form, 4 Jan 2010
I thought that Family Guy Blue Harvest was superb and so I was really looking forward to 'Something Something Something Dark Side'. I was disappointed. It seems to me that they tried to simply remake The Empire Strikes Back as a cartoon using the Family Guy characters and then every few minutes remembered to throw in a joke. It isn't awful, but not in the same league as Blue Harvest. It's fun and enjoyable, but don't expect to laugh out loud. To echo the sentiment of another reviewer: rent, don't buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb, 3 Sep 2009
I have just replaced my Roberts Stream WM202 with the Evoke unit. The Evoke is simply a wonderful piece of equipment. It looks great, sounds great and has a really whizzy touch interface. It doesn't connect to Internet radio stations as quickly as the Roberts (which is unfeasibly fast), but in my opinion it is superior in ease of use and the general pleasure of owning it. In the same way that there are other MP3 players that are technically as good as iPod, there are other internet radios as good as this, but just like iPod is such a joy to look at, to hold and to use, the Evoke kicks the competition into touch in my opinion. I got the optional remote which is expensive, but enhances the overall experience. I cannot comment on the DAB functionality as I live somewhere with dreadful DAB coverage, hence getting an Internet radio. Overall, a brilliant piece of kit, though expensive.

4.0 out of 5 stars Superb Internet Radio but with some Minor Niggles, 29 Aug 2009
Lot's has been said about this product. The functionality is great. My biggest complaint is that the screen is much too bright. If you use it in a bedroom, you'll need to cover the screen as I did to avoid filling the room with blue light, even when the unit is switched off. The interface is clunky and the volume controls are two small buttons instead of the much more obvious large knob. The sound quality is terrific and it connects to the internet very quickly. A great product let down by some minor issues.

Compact Keyboard USB Silver
Compact Keyboard USB Silver

5.0 out of 5 stars Basic, Sturdy and Great Value for Money, 26 Jan 2009
If you want a solidly built, basic USB keyboard without lots of 'media' keys or extra features then you really cannot go wrong here. The silver makes it look a little 'down-market' but the build quality is good and for the money, you really cannot do better. I've had much more flimsy keyboards from the big brands that were much more expensive. Buy it for value, buy it for functionality, but don't buy it to impress your friends, because you won't. Recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Silly Fun but Only for Those that Enjoy Adam Sandler, 26 Jan 2009
In my opinion, the Amazon review is accurate. This is a pointless, silly and ridiculous film. However, it is good fun and the characters, in spite of being one dimensional, leave you feeling good. I generally enjoy Adam Sandler's movies and his sense of humour appeals to me. However, if you didn't enjoy any of his earlier efforts, then you won't enjoy this either. Some of the comedy is quite politically incorrect, but it is this combined with the extent of the absurdity that makes it funny. This film is a great way to spend a couple of hours relaxing and being amused, but it won't change your life and it won't make you think.

5.0 out of 5 stars Does Exactly What It Should, 9 Jan 2009
This is a brilliant little device that allows you to automatically share HDMI ports. It is easy to install and works flawlessly without any noticeable loss of sound or picture quality. You will need to buy one extra HDMI cable, but those are nowhere near as expensive as they used to be. Recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Fun, 9 Jan 2009
This review is from: Powerball 250 Hz Pro (Sports)
The PowerBall is great. It's fun and addictive once you get the hang of it. I struggle to take it seriously as an exercise device, but find it useful for easing muscle tension in the wrists, hands and lower arms. It generates a lot of force so should be used with caution if you have any weakness in your hands or wrists. Also, it is quite large and even though I'm a quite a big bloke, I don't find it all that comfortable to hold. I imagine that anyone with small hands will really struggle. So, it's fun and good for beating tension or stress, but I'm not sure I would go so far as to endorse it for exercise or rehabilitation.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not Great, 9 Jan 2009
= Durability:2.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:2.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:2.0 out of 5 stars
I will echo the sentiment of other reviewers, this game is not very good. I found it easy to program the wedges and did not notice any incorrect answers, but the most frustrating aspect is the pace of the game. It is painfully slow with pointless screens and instructions before questions. It should be fast paced and exciting, but it really isn't. Not recommended for a party, you will be much better sticking with the original board version.

Adapt Keychain GPS, Connect via bluetooth. 16 Channel Receiver and 8 Hour battery life. One of the Smallest GPS in the market

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant, 8 Jan 2009
This unit is small, sturdy and works well. I have it paired to a Blackberry via Bluetooth and it's spot on. As always you need a clear view of the sky to make any GPS receiver work, but I have found this little unit to perform very well. Battery life is better than you'd expect.
