The book is OK, but mostly recipes to (attempt to) copy some famous award winning commercial real ales.
However I was surprised that most of the recipes included large amounts of sugar.
None of the award winning commercial brews would ever use sugar like that, and those applaudable brewers would turn in their grave if alive today! ;)
