5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent little fridge, 23 Aug. 2012

This fridge is pretty useful, being kept in my bedroom, it's very silent, it has a tiny hum if you get close to it but my computer & laptop are each considerably louder, you wont notice it at all, I had been concerned being for a bedroom about noise and this not officially being one of them "silent fridges" I was worried but I need not have been, turned out to be very silent, except when you open the door and close it again(it turns off whilst the door is open so its still silent its just you notice the sound for a minute when you close door and it turns back on again). It has just enough space to fit 2L bottles of water, in fact the door usefully has a spot where one 2L can be kept upright, some of the trays you need to stack the water's sideways taking up more space than ideal to fit it, but still sufficient for purpose, also on the door you can fit two 500ml can's in a built in tray near the top with a space for bottles at the bottom, alas the bottles have to be smaller than the 568ml (UK PINT) brown ale bottles, as they wont fit in the door under the shelf for the can's, if you want to use them best stick them sideways in one of the trays, its plenty cool enough for food runs around 4-5 deg c on max setting, and excellent at drinks, I have currently 2x 500ml can's of carlsberg(in shelf in door), 1x 70cl Bottle of Red Wine(in middle tray), 1x Full size bottle of carribean rum(in middle tray), 1x 70cl bottle of Honey Mead(in top tray), 3x 2L Evian Water Bottles(1x door, 1x top tray, 1x bottom tray), 1x Bottle of Crabbies Alcoholic Ginger Beer(in bottom tray) 1x Jamaican Ginger Ale (500ml)(under shelf in door) all in it at the same time, with enough space to stick in a (normal UK) pint glass in the door under the shelf for cooling down when necessary, as an example of how much I can store, there's still space for food on top of the sideways bottles in the trays should I desire it even with whats already in there.

So yeah I recommend it, ideal for its size, the only thing that could make it better if is if it was inch or so bigger internally and big enough to fit a 2L bottle sideways without having to stick it in at an angle, but otherwise for every day use its nevertheless ideal and the largest silent fridge you can reasonably purchase, so overall it gets my wholehearted recommendation.

Tasted a wide variety of mead's and this one was the best by far, smooth and easy to drink, I'd definitely recommend this one over the rest :)
