2.0 out of 5 stars broke after 3 months, 7 Nov 2010
just like some other reviews said, looks brilliant, very handy for chopping small things, onions, chilli, herbs, etc..., unfortunately plastic inner workings broke after 3 months, blade stopped rotating. very upset as by then got quite used to this handy gadget.

1.0 out of 5 stars flimsy piece of kit - kiss your money goodbye, 21 April 2009
bought this product, didn't even last 5 months, the front sheared off, was not dropped or anything. canon customer services totally useless, nothing is covered by their warranty, and one department doesn't know what the other one is doing, total nightmare and much much frustration.
takes nice pictures, but flimsy piece of equipment, so not worth the money. once something goes wrong, you can kiss your money goodbye. totally regret having bought it, and other canon products, as their customer service is just sooo atrocious. you'd think they run their shop out of a garage - well maybe they do...

5.0 out of 5 stars easy on the eye, good to steer, manufacturer's customer service average, 24 Feb 2009
This review is from: Zoom Tandem (Baby Product)
bought this buggy as i liked the versatility of the seat combination, have been very happy with it, although it looks enormously long if the seats are facing each other. as both seats are the same, the older one can go in the back, which really helps with steering, as the weight is by teh handle rather than the front axle, like other models.
came with brolly and cosy toes, was supposed to come with rain cover(s). it took 4 weeks for them (2 single covers)to arrive because Lebruss CS are just useless!
wheels are easy to clipp on/take off if needed, easy to fold, as heavy as all the double buggies, nice high, adjustable handle bar

overall, if you have the space to store a tandem and a medium to large size car boot, then this is a very cool buggy.

5.0 out of 5 stars excellent investment - lifesaver for new parents, 23 Feb 2009
bought this for baby no 1, have loaned it to friends who loved it too, and are now using it for baby no 2. only have good things to say about this. babies seem to love it, often puts them to sleep, and if not keeps them happy long enough for parents to have something to eat or do a couple of chores, lots of sound options, never used the tray that goes with it, as it's easier to put baby in/take out without it.
very sturdy, my 14kg 2 year old sat and swung in it the other day and it held him no problem
only negative is that it is quite large so the smaller, portable version would be good if you have little space
overall, glad we bought it.

4.0 out of 5 stars lots of space, easy to use, hard to steer, 23 Feb 2009
bought this for my under 2 year old and new baby,

pluspoints:
+very easy to combine with carseat, the cover of seat and buggy close and therefore create an wind, rain and dust proof 'bubble'
+huge basket - holds a whole supermarket basket load + a nappy kit
+ good leg space
+high handle hight
+easy to use raincover
+snack trays
+easy 1 hand fold

negatives
-difficult to steer on uneven/slanted terrain, you have to use quite a bit of counterweight
-only back seat can be used for new born, therefore weight distribution will always be heavy on front, light on back - makes steering difficult
- basket can be difficult to reach when back seat is down, although i managed to still squeeze all my shopping in through the sides
-fiddly belt clips
-heave, but then all double buggies are

all in all was very happy with this, especially as winter baby was nicely covered up in the car seat 'bubble'

5.0 out of 5 stars excellent toy, 23 Feb 2009
my 2 year old loves this, so do all his older and younger friends, and my 5 months old has just started taking an interest in it. so, highly versatile for different age groups, very robust, lots of music and activities and all importantly it's got an off switch... :-)

5.0 out of 5 stars better than the big purple one, 23 Feb 2009
This review is from: Pocket Balloon Pump (Toy)
easier to use than the big purple one, excellent product. need largish pockets though, as the size is a bit longer than a man's hand and as thick as the base of a thumb. :-)
overall, very happy with it.

4.0 out of 5 stars excellent product if you don't need the battery fuction, 23 Feb 2009
we have had this product for 2 years now and are very happy with it, we've permanently got it on it's charger in the kitchen and can hear it all the way through the house if need be. it's been reliable, easy to use and the sound off function is useful, as you can see the lights which often is more than enough to tell you what's going on. (see them scream/sleep instead of hear them scream/sleep)
as already mentioned elsewhere, the parent unit battery life is poor, but if you don't plan on carting it around everywhere this would be an excellent choice. tomy do a replacement battery pack for about £10 online.
all in all very happy.
