5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing headset., 14 Aug. 2013
I went from the Creative Fatal1ty (accident with cable) to the Creative Draco (cheap build so broke at joints) then the Logitech G930 then finally to this.
The Logitech G930 was poor audio in comparison, very little bass.

For the price this is fantastic headset. I've tried both the included USB adapter and my onboard card and use the onboard as preference for my setup.
The included USB adapter supports 24/48 audio which is great as the Logitech G930 didn't support 24bit audio.
This has great bass for a headset and amazing audio quality. Strongly recommend for anyone after a decent audio set at this price range.
Build quality is good, feels very sturdy.

3.0 out of 5 stars Quality sound, shame about the rest., 15 May 2013
I used to have a Creative Fatal1ty headset, beautiful sound and pretty decent build but the cables got mauled by the pet birds lol.
I 'upgraded' to these after reading they are basically the same but higher model.
The sound is really good, happily listen to all types of music from pop to metal in flac quality.
The twist joint went loose and didn't think to much about it, they finally gave up and fell apart and the joint it held on by such a tiny circle of cheapish plastic.
Also, I've had to make a tiny loop where the audio box is due to the wiring becoming loose in there, quite annoying as the box seems very sturdy.

Conclusion - Amazing sound quality for the price but build quality not up to the expected standards.
