I absolutely love this map. A friend has the full size version, but I decided I didn't actually need one that big - so I went for this very cute travel sized one.

The only problem is- I now want to scratch off as much as possible, so have started booking trips away...

This book is very creepy - to the point where I had to stop reading it at night and only read in the sunshine! Some parts are a bit beyond belief, however as a ghost story, what can you expect?

A classic rags to riches book with a twist. Simone accidentally ends up travelling to Canada with Lord Temple Wellington, posing as his wife. During the journey they fall in love, and they end up returning to London and Simone then has the challenge of becoming a high society wife.

I really enjoyed the way this book was written, despite it not being written about a pleasant subject.

Evil is attracted to a quiet cul-de-sac, and this book is the story of what happens as a result.

However it's not all bad, with a very sweet love story throughout between two of the main characters, reinforced with the language of flowers.

This is the perfect read for a hot lazy day. It's easy to read, it's got a beautiful setting, and the characters are perfect for the story. No, it's not deeply complex, no, it's not high literature, but it is tastefully written compared to some of the drivel you get for free on Kindle, and who doesn't love a happily ever after!

This is a book about feeling good in yourself. To be perfectly honest I was expecting a bit more - it is very short.

The first half of the book is an explanation of the "How Much Do You Weigh?" project, and how it aims to encourage women to be happy with their weight. The second half is pictures of women accompanied by their weight.

Whilst it's a nice idea, there wasn't any link between their weight and their height, and to be perfectly honest it seemed a bit pointless. I agree that women should try to be happy in themselves, and I'm glad that these women are happy enough to have their weight published, but I don't quite understand how that is supposed to make me happier with my weight?

Maybe I just didn't quite understand the concept of this book. Maybe I'm too British? I don't know, I just didn't quite see the point.

Like has been said, Midnight for Morgana is a take on the traditional Cinderella story.

I would class it more as a novella - it only took about half an hour to read, and so none of the characters have been particularly well developed, and to be brutally honest it's not even that well written.

However, it is a sweet story. I want to say that it is aimed at younger readers, but there are some sex scenes, so maybe more at teenagers.

I enjoyed this book. It's a feel good romance, with some twists and turns - but it all works out well in the end. No, it's not high literature, it's a romance novel - so of course there is a happily ever after, with some twists and turns beforehand.

A perfect read for a relaxing afternoon with a hot chocolate hiding from the horrible English weather - especially as it's set in sunny, warm Oklahoma!

This is a romance novel that I (surprisingly) really enjoyed.

It starts off with a high school romance between an heiress and a "pauper", which obviously goes against the rich daddy's wishes. 10 years later, a lot has changed and the love birds are reunited - although there is a lot of history that needs to be resolved before they end up married. (That's not a spoiler really - of course they end up living happily ever after, it's a romance novel!)

It's a very sweet story with some mystery, some angst but lots of love and a happily ever after.

When a girl commits suicide jumping off a building and her corpse is taken before the police can arrive at the scene, two members of the police force have to infiltrate a cult run by an ex-brain surgeon psychopath.

The Prophet Motive is incredibly tense for the majority of the book, and the concept of the "Earthbound" cult is horrific, especially with the background and references to the People's Temple, which adds an element of truth to the book.

I do recommend this book, just make sure you read it with the light on!
