This book is easy to read and packed full of information for those who are new to investing. Manni’s journey is both thought provoking, realistic and eye-opening. There is valuable guidance over the many concepts to grasp when first getting started in property and Manni has been realistic in the results and timelines to achieve financial freedom. She has also deliberately emphasised some key areas to ensure they are understood. I would recommend this book to those who are new to investing and want to take the first tentative steps on investigating whether property investing is for them, it will give them a sound foundation from which to build their knowledge and action plan.

Legally Avoid Property Taxes: 51 Top Tips to Save Property Taxes and Increase Your Wealth
by Iain Wallis
Edition: Paperback
Price: £19.98

5.0 out of 5 stars Read cover to cover or dip in!, 24 Dec. 2013
As an active property investor, and having just published my own book Your Pension Shortfall Your Retirement Rescue Plan where I Guide those looking to invest in property for their retirement, I was particularly keen to read the two sections on Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. I believe all too often those who enter the world of property investment don't think long-term or strategically enough. Both essential elements if you are investing for your pension.

Having dipped into the book in these chapters, I can see the book provides a great blue print to make you stop, think and assess what you really want to achieve, and the various legal options which are available to you.

I particularly like the fact that Iain highlights the advantages as well as the disadvantages of each option (for example P158), so the reader can make informed decisions, before seeking professional advice.

A well written book, which should form a staple diet for anyone thinking of/or already investing in property.

I read this book while on holiday. A very informative read with lots of clear and easy to follow exercises. Gary's writing style is easy to understand and the journey he takes you on as you progress through the book is both logical and enjoyable. I recognised several of the exercises within the book, as those which I have completed with my own Mind Coach Alan Whitton (who Gary also acknowledges in the book), so I know how powerful they can be, and how useful they can be if you are someone who just needs to take some 'time out for yourself'. Gary shares them in a way that allows you to work on reducing and eliminating your anxiety - so I would recommend this book to anyone who is letting anxiety hold them back, or anyone who is so busy juggling life that they forget to take 'me time'. Read this book and you'll be well on route to a life of 'No worries'

A brilliant book for getting an honest, down to earth and practical guide to property investing. There is so much hype out there that this book is great at cutting through and getting to the core of good, sound property investing. Definitely worth a read!
