1.0 out of 5 stars Stay away, 14 Nov. 2007
Wanted to love this as I had an electric Russel Hobbs for thirteen years and cried when it gave up on me and died. So I thought anything by them would be great. Turns out, this is a disaster. The water spills everywhere and it doesn't fit well under the faucet. I thought maybe it was just going to take some getting used to, but it's a disaster. Try something else. Sorry.

5.0 out of 5 stars THANK YOU!, 14 Nov. 2007
If you've ever tried to remove wallpaper with ANYTHING, then you'll want to get this. The house I live in is over a hundred years old and there was literally seven layers of wallpaper. This Wagner W1420V steamer saved my life and my arms.

4.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable, 14 Nov. 2007
This review is from: Jersey Girl [DVD] [2004] (DVD)
This movie was really good, not great, but good. There are some super funny scenes, such as where there's a elementary school contest and someone enters a scene from Sweeney Todd, but there's also some very emotional scenes, especially between father and daughter. I was crying at one point. A worthwhile movie.

3.0 out of 5 stars Better than the last movie, 14 Nov. 2007
This review is from: The Wicker Man (Paperback)
The book is even better than the original make of this. The last movie with Nick Cage was horrible. The book makes much more sense and has more details that explain things. I really like it and would also recommend the books "The Exorcist" and "Stepford Wives."

Katzenjammer: Soon to be A Major Motion Picture
Katzenjammer: Soon to be A Major Motion Picture
by Jackson Tippett McCrae
Edition: Paperback

5.0 out of 5 stars Extremely funny, 14 Nov. 2007
A funny shocking book. I had no idea the gossip items the author puts in about John Wayne, Charlie Chaplin, and famous authors. Very funny and cringing in places. Also like the "take" on New York and all the corruption in that ciy and with industries.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best recording of any musical, 14 Nov. 2007
This review is from: My Fair Lady (Audio CD)
Most musical recordings seem choppy mostly because they are, and are rendered from the stage play, so of course they wouldn't make that much sense. MY FAIR LADY holds up well and you don't get this sense. The entire ablum is a gem and there's not a sour note in it.

5.0 out of 5 stars She's Come Undone and it's not about the song, 14 Nov. 2007
This review is from: She's Come Undone (Paperback)
How any author could make Dolores Price likeable is beyond me, but Wally Lamb has done so. She's obese, foul-mouthed, and not much to look at, and on top of that, she's pretty disgusting. Wally Lamb somehow gets us to look at her world through her eyes and we end up being better educated for it. Not a short book, but readable and enjoyable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Don't try and pick them up now, 14 Nov. 2007
This review is from: Spilling the Beans (Hardcover)
Liked this book well enough. Was more interested in Clarissa Dickson Wright for reasons other than this book. Would recommend this to just about anyone. Lots of family skeletons. Not sure how she's going to feel about this years from now. Still it was very entertaining.
