I have to say I was very disappointed with this DVD, I expected 146 minutes of air action, however 60 minutes was about pilots and locations etc. with a 48 minute feature covering 11 pilots doing 4 laps of 7 courses (308 laps) each section again covering the location and pilot interviews. I am sure that not one complete lap was shown in full!
I bought this book, thinking that it would be a different view of the sport, and how right I was. It was a great read, although sometimes a bit too technical for a non medical person, and also contained a lot of statistics, but much of it was in appendix form, so you did not have to read it.
