Dukan Everyday Easy Cookbook, 16 Nov. 2013
This is the tastiest diet plan I've ever found and the recipes are so quick and easy to make. Although I don't have too much weight to lose, I tend to put the brakes on if I've gone about 10 lbs over my 'comfortable' weight.Usually I feel deprived and hungry when dieting and it's a matter of willpower but with these recipes I'm really enjoying the dishes and don't get the constant desire to eat.I'm going to incorporate these into my future diet even when I've lost the weight as I think this will avoid the yo-yo effect which seems to be part of my pattern. It would be easy to serve these dishes (with added extras of course) to the rest of the family or guests and I don't think they would realise they were eating 'diet food'. I bought this book on the spur of the moment when browsing in a shop because the recipes looked so easy and quick to prepare and they are. Just polished off a sweet souffle omelette for my breakfast - sooo nice!
