5.0 out of 5 stars Essential for criminologists, 18 Nov 2006
I love this book. It seriously helped me through my criminology degree at uni - and I ended up with a 1st. It covers just about every topic you need. Definately a very wise investment.

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Hilarious, 22 Nov 2001
This is a must have video for all Bottom fans. The 2001 tour - An Arse Oddity - is the best ever. I saw it live at Portsmouth Guild Hall and can easily say I was laughing from beginning to end. There are loads of great new jokes and hilarious new stuff the guys havent done before, aswell as some of the classic old jokes. I can guarantee you'll absolutely love it.!

4.0 out of 5 stars Very different to the first version!, 22 Aug 2001
This review is from: Annie 2 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is quite a good story with a good cast, although the storyline gets a bit daft at times! Theres a lot of running around and its a typical adventure story with the 'baddies' and a happy ending. Its completly different to the first Annie, with the only song being 'Tomorrow' at the end. And i must say Miss Hannigan in this is a poor substitute for the real one!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good!, 19 Aug 2001
This book wasnt really that scary, but it had a pretty good storyline. It does make you want to read on as its a mystery all the way through. Its a bit strange in some parts, but the very end is pretty good!

4.0 out of 5 stars Surprisingly spooky!, 19 Aug 2001
When Amanda and Josh move into their new house, they dont like it. Its weird and seems haunted. But they are even more freaked out by the people they meet. They seem a little too friendly. Josh and Amanda better realise whats going on...before its too late.
I expected this book to be a bit silly, but it was actually quite spooky and eerie. It is a little strange in parts, but it did manage to scare me a bit!

5.0 out of 5 stars Three great stories - all in one!, 19 Aug 2001
Three more enjoyable tales from Mildred Hubble. You get three great tapes in one box, each one with another adventure from the accident prone witch! In the first exciting tale, its up to Mildred to save the school from Miss Cackles evil sisters, but will she do it on time? Then we see a new girl arriving at the academy but she seems to do more bad than good! And finally Mildred is trapped in a frogs body after another row with her enemy Ethel. But this actually leads to a startling discovery...

5.0 out of 5 stars A fun, witchy tale!, 19 Aug 2001
I have always been a big fan of the worst witch and this book is just as pleasing as the rest. In The Worst Witch All At Sea Mildred is forced to leave her Tabby Cat behind when the form go to the seaside. But Mildred cannot bear to leave Tabby so smuggles him along. But for how long can she keep him hidden? And with the interfering Enid and Miss Hardbroom, can she dodge another disaster? This book is fun and completely enjoyable. I couldnt put it down!

4.0 out of 5 stars An enjoyable book!, 19 Aug 2001
The Girls Gang was my favourite book when i was young. Its quite realistic in a way, following the adventures of five young girls when they create an all girls gang. There are several stories in the book, all about the girls lives at home, school and how they trick some of the most annoying boys in their class! An enjoable book all round.

5.0 out of 5 stars A spooky but informative book!, 19 Aug 2001
I have lived on the Isle of Wight all my life and picked up my interest of ghosts from my mother. So i was delighted when this book came out. It is packed full of true ghost stories and the best ghost spotting sites on the Island. A must have for anyone interested in spirit life.
