2.0 out of 5 stars one of the spiky balls split within 24 hours, 17 April 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: 66FIT Massage Roller (Sports)
I have several massage aids including the knobbler and the grid foam roller. I've never tried anything "spiky" before. Initially I thought this was a great product--just roll on it, or apply your weight and relax and it really does help relieve tight muscles. The spikes penetrate into the muscle tissue. However after less than 24 hours one of the spiky balls split in half when I was rolling my thighs (I'm below average weight). There is no way to contact 66 fit, so I had to package it up and send it back via Amazon.

Have now bought Physio Room 3 spiky massage balls. Much superior product--no split balls, 3 different sizes for more effective use, and cheaper.

Spiky massage balls are great, but I cannot recommend this product due to it's poor manufacture.

5.0 out of 5 stars uplifting and very well produced, with individual chapters/books, 22 Nov 2008
This review is from: The Message (MP3 CD)
This product will RIP straight into your MP3/i pod, showing all the books and chapters individually. The reader is hugely better than Max McLean, who reads the NIV Bible. This reading has good authentic reading by someone who sounds like he believes what he is saying, (rather than reading a script like an actor). The Listeners Bible is also excellent, but I have not found any version that will RIP straight to your MP3 showing individual chapters, so they can be easily found. This product has bought the Bible alive to me in a new way.
Highly recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great timer, but clock can't be changed when the hour changes, 6 Nov 2008
Excellent product.
Only downside, (and reason for four stars), is when the UK hour changes there is only 1 way to change the clock. Take the batteries out and put them back in, so the time is reset to 12 oclock. So (unless I have missed something) you have to do this at 12 oclock or the clock time part will always be inaccurate.
Otherwise very good.

The Story of Classical Music
The Story of Classical Music

5.0 out of 5 stars Great intro to classical music for children (and adults), 11 Oct 2008
Great intro to classical music, aimed at kids, but not overly child like to drive an adult listening alone to cringe. Lots of inserts of brief bits of music, most of which I had heard before, even though I am a classical music novice. I got into this item from listening to Famous Composers, and More Famous composers by Naxos. There is some overlap in the stories, but this item gives a far broader and deeper overview. The version I got was read by the American Marin Alsop.
Thoroughly enjoyable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for kids and adults, 2 Oct 2008
I and my kids aged 10, 14 and 18 all enjoyed this. CD gives you a little background and some excerpts of music on each composer. Interesting for those who know little or nothing about classical music, or who the famous named composers are. More Classical composors continues in a similar theme, though with a different narrator. Recommended for long car journeys.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very informative and entertaining, 31 July 2008
Great for car journeys, well produced, and lots of interesting stuff. Recommended for children 8 plus. My 10, 14 and 18 year old all enjoy these Naxos books, and so do their parents.
Well done naxos.
