5.0 out of 5 stars Not just a hip hop classic!!!!, 12 April 2007
This review is from: Black Sunday (Audio CD)
It was the early 90s and music was the best its been since the 60s.I was a long haired grunger listening to musical gods such as Pear Jam,Nirvana,Rage Against The Machine and...........well you catch my drift.

Then everyone was talking about this great new sound that was ok for grungers to like!it was Cypress Hill and their awesome new album Black Sunday.

This album appealed to everyone from rap fans to hip hop fans to grunge fans,I remember the first time i heard Insane in the Brain,It was in my local metal club in Leicester and there is no stranger sight than seeing aload of metal fans with one hand in the air bouncing up and down to a hip hop track, but what a track.

What im saying is no matter what your musical preferance buy this classic album and believe the hype its one of the best albums i have ever bought and still gets kicked out of my car stereo more than once a week.

A timeless classic

1.0 out of 5 stars what a waste of time and effort, 19 Feb. 2007
This film should be called chav city.Biggest load of rubbish i have seen in years,if you want to watch something about british youth of today watch Shameless on chanel 4.

If your into the gangsta thing watch the classics like boys n the hood or menice to society.this film will only appeal to wanna be gangstas of the 15 year oold variety

1.0 out of 5 stars corporate rubbish, 23 Oct. 2006
i carnt believe people still listen to this kind of trash, just like x factor on t.v,i know everbody is different but come on,i would regard myself as a grunge fan but i have a varied music collection, the beetles, radiohead, sam and dave, level 42,to name afew.

dont fund this diva as all she does is rip off everybody elses songs,do yourself a favour and listen to motown or 60s soul and see what real music is

5.0 out of 5 stars simply the best album ever, 23 Oct. 2006
This review is from: Nevermind (Audio CD)
Ok what can i say about nirvana, just two words sum them up,SIMPLY GENIUS.The people on here that say its ok or not worth it tho buy proberbly listen to shane ward, this group founded grunge in the mid 80s and their music changed a whole genoraion.

kurt cobain lyrics are simply superb and you really have to listen to them to make sence of them and know a little bit about his life and how messed up he was.

when this album came out i was 13 and played it all the time,i ldidnt use to listen to the meaning of the lyrics back then(mind you does anybody that age)but when you do it puts a whole different prospective on the album, some people on here say nirvana copied"alice in chains" well shows what they now about music.

if you like pearl jam, radiohead, and the cure you will love this album so do yourself a favour and buy it to see what you have been missing out on since 1992
