These do exactly what you would expect, and extend a baby's vests a little. Our daughter is long and thin, so these are especially useful for her, but they will keep vests going a little bit longer before you have to go to teh next size.
It just works! If you have a garmin cyclign computer/GPS and want to know your cadence, then this is the porduct for you. The speed sensor element is not quite as good as the cadence, but that doesn't matter as the copmputer receives this from the satellite anyway.
This is a good HRM - comfortable and compatible with other Garmin products. However, it can be spooked by use when it is windy and you are wearign anything but teh tightest jersey. This seems to eb a known problem (check out the user forums on the Garmin website) but is a real irritation when you are using it for serious training. I'd still recommend it, but only just.
This is the funniest thing to come out of Alaska since, er, Sarah herself. The only criticism you can level at this book is that Sarah is too easy a target - it is hard to be any funnier or more stupid than the things she says herself, she is a gift to any satirist (hence Radio 4's News Quiz playing the Hallelujah CHorus every time her name gets mentioned!)
Anyway, buy this and colour it in. I particularly liked the view from Sarah's window!
