5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect coffee everytime, 26 Oct 2013

Perfect service as ever - delivered on time. It's very well constructed and the double skin keeps the coffee hot for much longer than a glass one. If you want an expresso 'shot' then it will give you 3 of these as advertised, but if you want a great big mug of coffee then it'll only give you 1, so you might want to go for the next size up. I've got one of each size now to cover all the bases!

2.0 out of 5 stars ok if you want to measure the colour of the sky. ...., 26 Oct 2013

If you're interested in environmental monitoring, I would have thought you would start by measuring temperature, humidity, air pressure, rainfall, wind speed and direction. But apparently no, none of those are covered.
However if you want to know the concentration of gases in the air or the colour of the sky(?), you'll be an expert by the end of this book. It takes about 20 minutes to read and is very American in references to where to buy components.
At £1.50 is not expensive but then again, I didn't find it at all useful either.

2.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Service - less than perfect product, 14 Aug 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Having bought about 10 linkstations mostly for customers to store music, photos and other family information on, I find they are brilliant to start with, reasonably fast and easy to set up for dlna, remote access etc. However they start to slow down quite quickly and have proved unreliable. I've had 3 of them fail. This hasn't been catastrophic because it has been possible to reload the OS and the data still exists, but it's time consuming and not very encouraging.
There is no proper backup process. There are a few clunky ways of running 1 off backups but no way of doing a scheduled backup. I have a pc running a scheduled dos backup using the xcopy command which is brilliant because it only backs up files which have been changed which is much quicker and less stress on the drives. I'd prefer not to have a pc on 24/7 just to do a nightly backup though.
I won't be buying any more linkstations.
