This review is from: Star Wars (Audio CD)
As much as I have enjoyed Wilco over the years this album sounds like a bunch of outtakes deemed not good enough to be included on previous albums. In short the songs are ok for an average band but Wilco are far better than that. I have tickets for the Manchester gig later this year & I see the set list of the current tour is virtually this entire album, I guess I will have to wait until the end of the gig to hear the classics!

This is just as enjoyable as the Lewis trilogy, full of insight into Canadian culture whilst also a history lesson & at the same a time a whodunit.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not one of his best, 6 Feb. 2007
This review is from: The Rainmaker (Paperback)
A classic storyline of poor boy making good, is rather spoilt as previous reviews state by the heroes endless good fortune. Grisham as always tells a good tale & the story keeps you hooked, but it is some way short of his earlier efforts like The Firm & Pelican Brief.
