I am afraid this text peddles rather typical misunderstandings about fibromyalgia and ways to counter it. Yes, one should eat a good healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables but some of the other ideas here step away from the growing evidence base. The text does not tell you do anything that will harm you but, likewise, because fibromyalgia is so complex (primarily because it is a term that probably encompasses a range of conditions that, one day, will be diagnosed and understood separately) it is unlikely to offer many people the benefits they would like. Advice from specialists, pain clinics and the large charities that focus upon this condition may provide more useful information based on state of the art knowledge of this condition.
