some interesting insights, but not great, 22 Oct 2011
The book is about the author abdominal pains and how he came about to address them, from traditional medicine to shiatsu and meditation. The book nicely explores the mind body relationship but the focus throughout the book is only the author, and there is very little generalization or reflection and the implication of his experiences. The second half of the book is irritating, it is all about his ego and irrelevant literature references. Try to find something better if you can.
