4.0 out of 5 stars NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PS3!!!, 1 Mar 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I don't normally write reviews of products, but felt its important to let people know about this product. the general connectivity of this remote is awesome. i managed to set the remote to control my TV, Sky box, and home cinema within 5 minutes of unboxing, and its a truely excellent product. BUT it doesnt control a ps3, due to the ps3 not having an infra red sensor. to get one that compatible with the PS3 you'll have to shell out 37. unfortunately i didnt know this before buying or i might have had 2nd thoughts.
That small problem aside, this is an excellent universal remote.

3.0 out of 5 stars not bad, 20 Nov 2009
had this phonbe 6 months - it took ages to get set up correctly, but thats more of a problem with orange than the phone.
the phone itself is compat, easy to use, and does everything it sas it does. i can look on the web, e-mail, use facebook, listen to tunes, take photos and videos etc etc.
one bad point is that the camera is rubbish, so if you want a camera for taking pictures, i strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

otherwise, not a bad purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars unbiased, well researched, and un-put-down-able, 2 Jun 2009
This review is from: Columbine (Paperback)
theres not much more i can add to the above reviews, but the author has clearly researched this tradedy with painstaking detail. this is very informative, well written and really hits home with how much of a waste of life this disaster was. Cullen weaves the plot together masterfully. i would recommend this to anyone.

3.0 out of 5 stars good - but could do better, 19 May 2008
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: The Hollow Of Morning (Audio CD)
i have listened to this album to death since buying it, and as a massive gemma hayes fan i can honestly say ........... im a bit disappointed.
the previous two efforts were excellent
and this album has a lot going for it - but lacks the "edginess" that the other two albums possessed.

a good album- with some excellent songs (and the best track is the instrumental - track 10) - which has somewhat lost itself in over production.
.....still lover her tho...........

2.0 out of 5 stars good idea - poorly excuted, 27 Mar 2008
This review is from: Blackbird (Audio CD)
after listening to the first album - (and loving every second of it) i couldnt wait for the release of black bird.
unfortunately - i just cant get into this album at all.
the songs seem to try to be too clever for their own good,
and don't seem as heartfelt as those on "one day remains".
this may be down to the production, and a few problems within the band whils recording.
i do however think that some of the songs will sound amazing live!
and to be fair there are three or four rocking tracks on here.

but album for album - i'll be sticking to one day remains im afraid.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rory's Best Studio Album, 15 Mar 2007
This review is from: Deuce (Audio CD)
This is without doubt Rory Gallaghers best studio work.

from the dreamy "i'm not awake yet", to the storming "crest of a wave" every song on this album encapsulates the best points of rory gallaghers refined guitar work. theres excellent slide work, acoustic strummings, soaring lead play, and rorys passionate vocals.

for an artist who preferred to be playing live, this is an excellent studio effort, and possibly his best album alongside "rory Gallagher" and "live in Europe"

it is also a great starting point for those who are not familiar with the G-Man.

Buy it- But it Now emo boy!
