5.0 out of 5 stars Good fit and design, 19 Jan. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This case fits my Kindle Fire HD 7" really well, unlike others I have tried. All the cut outs are in the correct place, and it closes easily due to the magnetic closure. It also has the auto standby function, which helps save your battery.

I would recommend this to anyone who is unsure which case to get for the right fit.

5.0 out of 5 stars Certainly convinced me that buying the PS4 was right, 18 Dec. 2013
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
Never played a Killzone before, the only thing I knew was that it was a first person shooter. Never the less, I've just received my PS4 and after checking reviews, was more confident that Killzone would deliver than Battlefield 4.

So I obviously bought it, and have begun to play through the game.

First impressions are that the graphics are genuinely near flawless, and undoubtedly show off the superior capability of the PS4. It has futuristic graphics which I expected it would take a couple of years for the PS4 to achieve. While me having the Fifa 14 demo may appear irrelevant, I thought EA had achieved a solid standard... and then I found this.

While I can't comment on whether the game was what I expected, the range of weapons is simply immense and compares favourably to Black Ops 2, of which had a brilliant arsenal. The open areas they have based it on, benefit this game greatly. You don't have a crew to follow either, as sometimes having them makes the game feel like a walkthrough.

The storyline is also very difficult, as unlike Battlefield or Call of Duty it doesn't give obvious hints. You will end up dying an awful lot, yet the frustration does not seem to be there. You need to be very thoughtful, and the OWL Drone is crucial as figuring out when to deploy it is very important. It isn't solely about shooting, as you need to find collectables.

Please buy it, instead of pumping money into Activision.
You will NOT regret it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Buy it - after all it is free., 14 Dec. 2013
I must admit, it is hardly a graphical masterpiece with a detailed storyline and twists and turns.
But, it is a free game.
You can do the long jump, where you button bash two buttons to gain speed and press and hold the other button to determine the angle of your jump.
Then there is the 100m. Simply put, whack the two buttons on your touch screen as quickly as possible. While it is easy to win, you will keep trying to shave a few hundredths off your PB.
Also, the Javelin Throw. This is similar to the Long Jump, you button bash two buttons to gain speed and press and hold the other button to determine the angle of your throw.

IT IS FREE FOR GOODNESS SAKE.

Duracell 45 Minute Fast Battery Charger with Two AA and Two AAA Rechargeable Batteries
Duracell 45 Minute Fast Battery Charger with Two AA and Two AAA Rechargeable Batteries
Offered by DiscountDiscs
Price: £22.75

5.0 out of 5 stars Super quick and easy to use, 15 July 2013
I think the charging time on this charger is great, much better than my previous charger. It is ideal for families like mine where things are constantly being used. Even my kids can wait the 45 minutes needed to charge the batteries for their wii remote between uses, so it saves on arguments. I also like the fact that the charger shows that it is charging, and when it has finished. We were never sure with our previous charger. I would definitely recommend this, it is well worth the money, and I think you need to keep far less rechargeable batteries in the house, due to the reduced charging time.

4.0 out of 5 stars A bit different, but never the less..., 23 May 2013
This review is from: Random Access Memories (Audio CD)
As a 13 year old, I'm not actually affected by the feeling of nostalgia many are feeling, however this is a good album in its own right (regardless of age).
It starts with Give Life back to Music, which is a excellent song, however with the exception of the obvious, this is a good album (poor by Daft Punk standards)...
However, the storyline and free-flowing songs immediately explains why it took 8 years.
From the start, we have became accustomed to having a good storyline - Discovery involves an alien rock-band being brainwashed by human producers and their memories being wiped, and other examples can be made.
This however has the exception of involving many vocalists as possible characters, and it recruits 70s-80s musicians (I have heard music before Lady Gaga and co you know) to recapture the feeling. Nile Rodgers from Chic wrote Get Lucky, to help make the 80s experience authentic and remains as musically talented as ever despite being diagnosed with cancer.

So I insist to you, buy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just had to review this! Brilliant!, 9 Jan. 2013
This review is from: 100% Pure Dubstep (Audio CD)
Felt a sudden urge to review this after finding out to my absolute shock this had an average of 3 stars!
An epic compilation with 60 songs of immense tunes, made up of the very best Dubstep to have been released recently. Blatantly aimed at people who love filthy dubstep like me, this has been mixed incredibly by DJ Hatcha. Many established artists respected by their musical wannabees have contributed to this fantastic album - Doctor P and Flux Pavilion being two of them. Doctor P has many songs featured, all comfortably reaching expectations. Flux Pavilion only two, but don't let this fool you into imagining he is a one hit wonder.
Pay whatever necessary to buy this album, you will NOT be disappointed.

£2.50, didn't expect much for that price. This certainly meet and perhaps surpassed my expectations...
Three good songs on the first album, which ironically are the ones I'd heard before. Two of them being Flux Pavilion, the other wasn't actually Dubstep, never the less a good song. The rest are fillers with a few cringe-worthy songs put in there. So far so mediocre.
The other CD is so much better despite the fact I'd already heard half of them. Bass and Heavy Drops are evident in this album with lots of hits from respectable artists. Much better, and should have been the first CD, as I was considering not bothering with the other one.
Would have preferred bass and heavy drops, so that's unrealistic and it would only have targeted a small proportion of the market, so have obviously taken this into account.
You cannot leave it for this price, don't hesitate or it might go up!

Bangarang
Bangarang
Price: £7.50

5.0 out of 5 stars Dubstep by a true expert., 1 Jan. 2013
This review is from: Bangarang (Audio CD)
Too many artists are leaping onto the Dubstep bandwagon releasing mediocre songs with a blatant sense of them being rushed. Meanwhile Skrillex has set the bar for aspiring artists to target, and I cannot imagine someone succeeding in clearing it for a long time. Funnily enough, "Bangarang" is definitely not the best song on the album, comfortably surpassed by "The Devils Den". It has obviously been altered to appeal to a larger audience and appears somewhat toned down with catchiness being the main aim.
The rest of the songs are top quality apart from Summit featuring Ellie Goulding. This quite frankly shouldn't have been released, Ellie no longer is in a relationship with him anyways...
Never the less, a fat 5 stars!

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice and pleasant book, fulfilled expectations., 1 Jan. 2013

Good book for children with an interest with animals, predictably aimed at the 7-10 age range with limited vocabulary and basic storyline. Enjoyable for readers just wanting to relax, as made adequately spread out so one can take everything in.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very good, why not more reviews?, 1 Jan. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I didn't expect brilliance when I read this book, just something to temporarily occupy myself with. This fulfilled my expectations undeniably, with a simple to read book. No grammatical errors either, nor spelling mistakes so has been transferred into Kindle format well. Perhaps more the 7-9 range I would have thought though, as I am 11 and found it a bit simple with an inevitability of a happy ending. Decent story line with adequate originality and will please young children with a marginal interest in animals.
