Just a con a flat cardboard box with a bag of wafer thin waxes, not worth a £1 let alone £5. Better off elsewhere.

5.0 out of 5 stars Stylish House Sign, 30 Mar. 2016
Really Nice item, and was quick to send. It looks a lot better in real life. It's a sheet of thin aluminium on which it is screen printed the whole design, does not come with screws but does have screw holes for easy fixing to a flat surface such as a brick wall or fence.

3.0 out of 5 stars Basic animation drawing, 12 Dec. 2015

This reproduction of the original 1915 book, is a pretty hard back book, more of a novelty than a work of any value for anyone interesting in sketching and drawing with sense of realism. The book is a series of step by step line drawings of cartoon animation style works - Walt Disney apparently was inspired by this book. So if your kids want to draw cartoon style pictures then this book will do that, but if you want to draw landscapes, trees, flowers, people etc then this is not the book for you.

Good big bundles of Pure white microfibre cloths, each opens up to about the size of a tea towel, I am using with a steam cleaner (Efbe) and they do the job.

The tube is transparent and it leaks air a bit around the connectors, and these can come off the the tools and tubes they are connected to. Despite the air leaks it works well enough and reaches up a semi-detached house stairs quite easily. It does the job, and Henry as usual just gets on with the job in hand and doesn't seem to be fazed by the longer hose.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good fast card, 11 Oct. 2015

I swapped out my old card in my Samsung NP350 i7 Windows 10 laptop in a few seconds, after first downloading the drivers, and the card sent my Virgin connection speed up from about 30mb to around the 100mb mark, although Virgins Superhub 2 ac model is not that powerful, so signal is still not that strong which is little to do with the card, just the router. So overall it's a good fast card.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good steady high pressure steam., 11 Oct. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The pressure washer, comes with a measuring jug, funnel, three detail attachments (1 angle tool, 1 wire brush, 1 nylon brush each brush about the size of a milk bottle top). It comes with two extension poles, a carpet brush that also attaches a cloth to convert to a mop (1 cloth supplied), a window cleaner blade tool, which un-clips to convert to a clothes steamer, and a couple of adaptor things to attach these tools to. The small tools fit inside the front of the machine, and as they are the same colour as the holder, can be a little hard to see. It uses distilled / purified water, not tap. I guess with the water added it only weighs two or three kilos, it's not heavy and is quiet manoeuvrable, but you will need to becareful on the stairs due to the short mains cable and machine hose.

So the machine itself seems well made, the manual could be a little more helpful on how to attach some of the tools, as whilst some of the bigger tools and poles have sprung buttons which slide into a hole on the other tool, the smaller tools and heads screw on to the adapter heads, this is not immediately obvious.

The large knob unscrews completely allowing the water to be added, it has washers which are supplied as spares (and there are free replacements on the order card supplied UK - Tools cost extra.)
You fill the machine whilst off, using 1.7 litres of water, now the jug is just 700ml - so that is pretty stupid., anyway once filled using the supplied funnel, the knob is screwed back on, the tools attached, and the machine switched on it has a rubber power button, a power light and a steam light which goes off when the thing is ready.(The light comes on and off during use, as it heats up, so ignore it once first heated.) It is advisable to press the handle button with the head over a bowl / cloth as the initial steam may drip until it is fully hot.

There is a locking button under the trigger, it's a little fiddly to press but does then mean you have constant steam with out having to hold the trigger, make sure you have the small screw on tools fixed on securely as this machine really does throw out a lot of high pressure steam, far more than a steam iron!, I have tried all the tools they all work well enough and I have not melted any of the brushes. It has successfully cleaned some dark traffic stains from a carpet, got the grime of the inside of the oven door, and sanitised the overflow in the sink - sending a strong column of steam out the plug hole! The window cleaning tool does work, but it throws out a lot of water too, so you will need to put paper towels down, but it did get grease and muck of the kitchen cabinet doors. If you have not used a steam cleaner before, you need to use it with a cloth to wipe up the dirt that it loosens, as it is not a carpet washer or a vacuum, it is a steam jet like a pressure washer in garage but using steam, so you scrub or push the tool you are using, and wipe with the cloth straight after and you will be fine. The mop tool is good, it holds the microfibre towel (use the white ones you can buy spares on Amazon as Efbe's are expensive) and it simply clips the towel on firmly using spring clips (like a bull dog clip) so it is not fiddly and it did not come off when I cleaned the tiled floors. Of course the floor is made a little wet, as the floor is cold and steam condenses, but if you have allowed it to reach temperature before first using it, then the floor will not be soaking wet, it will dry quite quickly, holding the head over a stubborn stain, such as near the dog's bowls got it off with little effort after a 30-40 seconds of steam, and 2 or 3 goes, which was impressive.

What I did not like is the hose is very prone to kinks, and the water has to be distilled unless you live in a soft water area (de-scaler is not recommended in the manual.) The instructions are too vague, and in this day and age why they do not have some on-line videos is quite unacceptable. The power cable is only a couple of metres, which again is just too short and annoying. Steam time is quoted at 40 minutes, and worryingly the manual says if you smell burning, it's probably out of water! So whilst I actually managed to do quite a bit, before refilling it would be nice to have some sort of indicator to know when to re-fill, instead of guessing (You can re-fill by first turning the machine off, pressing the trigger until all the steam and air stops, and then carefully unscrewing the re-fill knob. - BE CAREFUL it will be HOT. - FAILING TO USE THE TRIGGER TO RELEASE THE STEAM WILL BE DANGEROUS!!!) - This is NOT A DESIGN FAULT, all such machines are like this.

The steam pressure is clearly very strong, and far more than other "mops" on the market, at 3 bar, these other TV machines do not give indications of the steam pressure, but this one is 3 bar - which is a real jet of hot pressurised steam.

Overall it seems to be a good machine only time will tell, but I think having a full sized jug, being able to use descaler and some YouTube videos and at least another mop cloth is not asking for too much.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Smartphone for folk over 30., 30 Aug. 2015
Well as one of the only reviews from someone who has actually brought the product, rather than be given it for free to provide a review. I thought I would give a purchases view. The phone comes in a small black box containing a next to useless piece of paper that purports to be a "manual", NO CHARGER is provided, only a USB Cable - Both a proper manual and charger are provided in the USA, but this phone does have 1gb of Ram which you do not get in the USA. Also included is a screen protector plastic sticky, some headphones, and unusually a silicone rubber case back. The phone currently updates to Windows 8.1 and supposedly it's going to get Windows 10, but as yet that's not happened.
The specifications of the phone are as follows:
Model X130E
SAR (as per the box) 0.691w/kg @1g head
SAR (as per the box) 0.790w/kg @1g body
GSM 850/900/1800/1900
3G UMTS 900/2100
4G FDD 800/1800/2600
TDD 2300/2600

The phone comes unlocked, and works on 3 network's 4G in Sim 1, Sim 2 I have an EE sim both of which will pick up 4g LTE but you have to switch the data connection for the sim in the settings in order to obtain 4g LTE on that Sim. It has WIFI 802.11 b/g/n but annoyingly not 802.11ac

It takes the micro size sim in both slots, this is often the kind you can press out from the normal size sim these days. The phone's display is not as good as other phones in the price range, it's ok but not as sharp as it could be. The full specs are here (The American model does not have 1gb ram like this does!) http://www.phonearena.com/phones/BLU-Win-JR-LTE_id9376

It has no preinstalled junk, so you are free to download what you need, but this is the downside Windows Phones, can only use the Windows App store, and whilst most of the stuff you'd want to download is there for free such as National Rail, Local Bus info (London), Weather, and a News App., Skype, other annoying omissions soon become apparent, No official BBC News and No Amazon Music or Amazon Prime!!! - There is Sky News and other odds and ends. It apparently does not need anti-virus software due to the way the OS sandboxes (protects) applications from messing with your phone, but I've heard that before....

The phone can take a 64gb MicroSD card, and overall performance is remarkable fast, the phone has yet to crash as is the case with my old Android phones, the Camera is weak but the speed for the price is really noticeable. The build quality for a £70 phone is ok, it's plastic, but when you shove on the free silicon case and screen protector I haven't any complaints. The back is a bit cheap and tricky to pull off, but you don't go at like a nutter it should last just fine. The battery is huge and removable, and there seems to be a couple of USA sites that sell spares for around US $15.

Overall it's much simpler to use than Android phones, but it's the lack of Apps that might be an issue, but if you want internet access and an easy to use smartphone it's good. Transferring contacts from Android prove to be annoying as Windows stores the contact details differently, and I ended up using bluetooth for each one, I am sure there is a simpler method, I just wanted to get it done.

So if Amazon can sort out their Apps for Windows then I would be a very happy bunny. I would recommend this phone to older people, who do not need the cutting edge of things, but want an easier to use smartphone without paying stupid amounts. I think if Microsoft made a bit more of an effort promoting these to adults and business folk they could have really made a mark, but as it is there are barely a few handful of companies that make Windows phones, which is a shame as whilst I like Android, Microsoft do seem to have got this right for once.

These are light but seem well made, I am using them for soap powder etc and they do the job well. No sharp edges, seem fairly strong, not up to digging into anything solid but ideal for sweets, soap powder etc.
