Compact Easy-to-Use Battery Charge TesterI bought this to check Hearing Aid and other types of batteries. It doe not work for these. The clips you need for the connections do not align with the battery connections. Does not work for intended purpose. A definite No - No.
This an essential item if a person has to take multiple tablets during the day. My 87 yer old Father in law has dementia. He has to take multiple tablets twice a day. The flashing alarms are set for 8am and 8pm. Once the alarm goes off, the next set of tablets are accessable. He sees the light and picks up the machine to get the tablets in to his hand and takes them. The alarm then stops. He can remember this routine. When the next tablets are due the machine rotates, the alarm goes off and he can take the tablets. We can monitor if he misses tablets as the machine moves thenm on, unde the cover, so he can not access them. This enables us to see if he has taken his tablets. The machine is simple to load. The on thing that needs changing if a screw down cover for the battery compartment. If he sees the battery replacement indictor lights, he tries to replace the batteries himself, which looses the timings. We have mentioned this to the supplier and they have fed it back to the mnufacturer.
Even so, an essential item for someone who need to take tablets regularly.
I ordered two Imray Charts. They were sent separately, each in a large cardboard box, filled with brown paper. Completely over the top packaging. The charts are fine, latest editions, although without updates slips, but these were easily obtained from the Imray web site.
An easy to read and enjoyable (except for what the book reveals). The book shows how the UK and US governments and their regulators allowed the financial crisis of the past two years to occur. The banks and associated financial institutions have been carry out ridiculous financial schemes, without any regard for risk or the consequences. Absolute stupidity.
Everybody should read this book and then get their governments to take control and enforce regulation to make sure this cannot occur again.
