4.0 out of 5 stars 80's sleaze and rock ring supreme!, 31 Mar. 2015
When Danny Worsnop first announced his split from Asking Alexandria I was pretty worried but this more than justifies it. owing a lot to 80's hair metal like aerosmith and gun and roses we are harlot breathes with heavy riffs and singalong choruses if your a fan of that then here is your new favourite band!!

5.0 out of 5 stars A must for Arrow fans, 28 April 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I have been looking for something like this for a while, and these are spot on really well made and fantastic detail olly likeness isn't the best I've seen but its good enough,

Just a note this is the Billy Wintergreen deathstroke NOT the Slade Wilson

-Arrow comes with his bow from season one, two loose arrows, a bunch of six arrows sculpted together to go in his quiver, and interchangeable fisted hands and weapon holding hands. The hood is made of rubber so it can be pushed back behind his head. You can make him look like he is firing his bow but its a little fiddly.

-Deathstroke comes with a sword, knife, pistol, and rifle. They each have a holster or sheath to keep them in, except for the rifle although this does fit on the strap for the swords sheath. The sword goes on his back, knife in a sheath on his lower left leg, and holster on right thigh for pistol.

-Arrow has a ball-jointed head and torso; ball-hinge shoulders, elbows, and knees; left hands have a ball-hinge while the right hands have a ball-hinge that move forward and backwards, they can be removed and replaced with the fists they do come off very easily; hips hinge in, out, forwards and backwards; boots swivel; ankles hinge and roll.

-Deathstroke has mostly the same points of articulation except for: swivel biceps and hinged elbows instead of ball-hinge elbows; double-hinged knees and swivel thighs and ankles instead of ball-hinged knees.

BEWARE: the extra hands included in this set are for the Arrow figure, not Deathstroke. If you try to take off the hands on DS they could break. All the accessories are well put in the packaging as well so try to take care when removing them.

4.0 out of 5 stars Genuinely Impressive Stuff!, 22 Nov. 2013
This review is from: The Difference Between (Audio CD)
Ive been into this band for a few years and as soon as I heard that there second album would be released this year I knew it would be something very special and it really is, the vocals are so compelling and clever the music so tight and production just as impressive. No one sounds like them or ever really could a smart, genuine, deep and amazing album. This is exactly the kind of band and album the mercury music prize should be promoting!

3.0 out of 5 stars Up and down push for the mainstream from brit hardcore mob, 14 April 2012
This review is from: The Golden Age (Audio CD)
Your demise have been disregarded by some as just a so so hardcore band and before the recruitment of former centurion frontman ed mcrae i was one of them but there 2010 album the kids we used to be has something til then there previous albums didnt belief in what they were singing and the golden age tries to follow this pattern some times it succeeds some it faulters and becomes just phoned it hardcore no emotion no feeling which is a massive shame as when they want to they can challenge the big boys like bring me the horizon and cancer bats any day, the guest vocals also mostly work letlive's jason butler is a welcome adition as is josh from you me at six BUT and its a big but it makes the album feel more like a mixtape then a whole piece of work, this is not a bad album at all some of the songs like forget about me, never a dull moment and a decade drifting are timeless but others are forgetful its a shame as they have the potential to make a stunning album but this is not it, try 2010's the kids we used to be and when your hooked on that move to this

Verified Purchase(What is this?)
this is such a poor film and very over the top and not in a good way its basically a second rate remake of the original and even ends up ruining that, dont waste ur money its crude poorly written and a complete cope out of a sequel everything is taken to the nxt level in the original someone loses a tooth in this a finger, the original they steal a tiger in this a smoking drug dealing monkey really not funny just embrassing and cringeworthy

4.0 out of 5 stars streamlined hardcore for the masses, 26 Jan. 2012
This review is from: Tough Love (Audio CD)
Pulled apart by horses debut was a masterclass in agressive hardcore punk and the follow up is no different fast agressive and every second u listern to it u wanna jump off the walls due to the production its less raw then its predecessor but this doesnt become 2 much off a problem as the album is so quick its like a bolt of adrenline a superb album and a pleasure to listern to over and over again highly highly recommened the best hardcore band since bring me the horizon and gallows

4.0 out of 5 stars a great film, and a lot of fun!, 11 Jan. 2010
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: The Final Destination [DVD] (DVD)
i love all the previous final destination films and was really looking forward to this and wasnt disappointed, its not like the first one which has reached cult status and is some what serious but its not surposed to be its light hearted and sometimes sickly funny the deaths are well thought up and gory as hell the swimming pool and escalter being the best, well worth buying but if you dont have the rest buy the box set!!!!! BUT dont bother with the 3d its just not worth even watching and doesnt work due to this effect the effects are somewhat patchy.
