Poor to a fault, 23 Feb 2013
This book fails to offer the reader any real substance, it seems to be content with the most general statements which fall short of even satisfying any novice who has spent more than 20 min reading about gear and fitness else where.
I strongly recommend saving your money on this, learning what you can online then buying books that specialise in one area e.g. nutrition rather than wasting your time with this book.
