Excellent book about a former soldier who served in the first world war.He was brought up in India and learned his field craft in the hill country where he at first hunted big game but later turned to tracking and killing man eating tigers. An exciting read, hard to put the book down. The hardback edition has numerous line drawn illustrations. Great value. George.

This was an excellent film,Well acted and showed the character of the Irish
to good advantage. It starred Sean Connery in one of his early films. It was sheer delight from start to finish. Suitable for all ages. I will watch it many times. George.
