5.0 out of 5 stars Great book but Amazon pay your taxes, 9 Dec 2012
Jamie Oliver has a social conscience unlike Amazon. Great book for Christmas but you might like to buy it from a store which pays its taxes

1.0 out of 5 stars Bela Lugosi is dead and Bauhaus are also now well rotten, 18 Dec 2010
This review is from: Go Away White (Audio CD)
Was a Bauhaus fan of the early 1980's and the music is still very evocative of my teenage years. I really wanted to rekindle something from this album although truthfully I had no great expectations. I was correct, because its a pigs ear. Sounds like an attempt to cash in on a nostalgia more than anything else. They should stick to watching QVC.

4.0 out of 5 stars The bests gets better - but could be even better, 29 Oct 2006
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
I've played PES for years and the updates have always been more involving and a significant improvement on the previous offering. PES6 is no different with enhanced game play, animation and involvement - its a whole new challenge to beat top teams on the highest level of difficulty. You have to hear the new crowd reactions to appreciate them - get booed when you hack an attacker down! It remains a class item. However its not all A1. The settings still remain clumsy and Konami seem to excell at making them as confusing as possible. I just want to be able to pick up this game from the last installment and not have to pour through the manual trying to find out how to do change settings that had become second nature with previous editions. Dissapointingly, you do not seem to be able to directly compare your stats to the opposition any more. Isn't it also about time Konami ditched the Brackley and Brooking commentary as they're getting a bit long in the tooth for this sort of thing.
