If your Garmin SatNav on the list above doesn't have an external loudspeaker, this won't help hearing it! In my case, my SatNav (Garmin Zumo 500) is designed for motorcycles so it doesn't have a regular lead and power plug, but I sometimes use it in my car to create a track of where I've been for future reference. If it's a long journey the SatNav's internal battery can run out, but this charger keeps it topped up to the max.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very secure., 1 Oct 2013

The Garmin Zumo 500/550 SatNav for which this bracket is made is designed for motorcycles so does not have an integral loudspeaker. This is the only car bracket that has a built-in speaker to allow the audio instructions from the SatNav to be heard normally without earphones, so allows the use of the (expensive) SatNav in your car/van/truck etc. when you're not using it on the bike. The 12V power cable has a cigarette-lighter plug and cable long enough for any car. The SatNav multi connector plugs directly onto the bracket, enabling connections to the speaker. The sprung clip on the bracket holds the SatNav securely. The suction cup attaches very securely to the windscreen (or to comply with USA laws, to a self-adhesive smooth disc - included - on the dashboard). The bracket swivels on a firm but easily adjusted ball joint so, wherever the bracket is fixed, the screen faces just where you want it to, and doesn't move. Very quick delivery too. Thoroughly recommended.

K&N Motorcycle Air Filter HARLEY FLHTCUSE2 (2007) HD-0800
K&N Motorcycle Air Filter HARLEY FLHTCUSE2 (2007) HD-0800

4.0 out of 5 stars Oops , wrong part, 21 Jun 2013

Due to not reading the blurb right, this one didn't fit my particular Harley (entirely my fault) . Having said that, this was the cheapest way to get it, and the seller immediately exchanged it for the correct filter, which was simple to fit. These are high quality permanent, cleanable filters. Much, much cheaper than a Harley-Davidson-made filter (which is not cleanable and is recommended to be changed at every major service). A no-brainer really, had to be done. It even comes with a "DO NOT REMOVE" sticker, to prevent an eager Harley mechanic from uneccessarily replacing it at service time at extra cost.

3.0 out of 5 stars Bill Bailey goes Arena, 21 Jun 2013

I preferred Bill in his more 'stoned and clueless' days, playing small theatre venues where he would engage with the audiences about local issues. Seeing Bill riding round the O2 (or wherever it was) on a Segway was amusing, but he's lost the humour and immediacy of smaller venues.

This is classic unmistakable David Gilmour + electric guitar jamming with The Orb, weaving effortlessly in and out of their psychedelic ambient synth music. Good chill-out music. But don't get it it you want a good sing-song, there aren't many lyrics!

I bought this over 2 years ago, immediately fitted it to my new Garmin SatNav on my motorcycle. Still going strong. Has protected the screen from at least one serious knock, causing a scratch on the protector but not the screen. Job done!

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting read, 21 Jun 2013

Quite a specialist book and subject, as opposed to your average history book on WW1. I bought this to research the history of the Machine Gun Corps, formed in WW1. Lots of useful reference stuff including tactics used, which was new to me. Written some decades ago, in the 1930's as I recall, in good old fashioned BBC English.
