A fantastic new insight into how to escape depression, 12 Jan. 2000
I have read many books on the power of the mind and ways to change your thinking for your benefit and success, but none like this one offering a new insight into understanding your thinking and its effects on your actions. If you ever feel low (which we all do) or depressed at times then this will help you to reverse your thinking and create habits for greater happiness within yourself. Great!
