This is by far the best weather app that I've used. Simple info and clearly laid out. Looks good and feels good.

5.0 out of 5 stars A sequel that Shines, 5 Oct 2013

As a fan of Stephen King I thought that I would love this book when I heard about it. I was right. King brings his matured writing talents to bear in order to flesh out and complete the tale of young Danny from The Shining. I'll never look at a Winnebago the same way again!

An amazing book. A complex story of love, dedication and vengeance. Also a glimpse into the history of a fascinating time.

Fantastic. Just like the original board game but I can play it without having to hunt down some friends first!

As fantastically addictive as the original classic on the gameboy. Many happy hours lost and many more to lose in the future

5.0 out of 5 stars Oh, brave New world indeed, 16 May 2013
This review is from: Brave New World (Kindle Edition)
Every time that I read this book (and I've read it a few times) I always feel a dreadful sense of worry regarding where our modern 'Western' society is heading. Reflections of this novel (and of 1984) are all around us even now. I think that we could describe this as a socio-horror story if there is such a genre.

An interesting story exploring both society and how people fit into it. Especially those who think of themselves on the outside or otherwise apart from it

3.0 out of 5 stars Short on time, 24 Mar 2013

The story isn't too bad but unfortunately as it's so short it feels unfinished. This story could easily have been expanded to novel length which would have allowed the author more time to develop and explore.

Hamilton again shows his understanding not just of sci-fi but of being able to create fully realised world's that leave you wanting to find out more. The additions to his Commonwealth universe in particular really develop his story.

An interesting mystery and I look forward to reading others in the series. Not only good fiction but also a peek into the world of art.
