5.0 out of 5 stars Neogenic Nightmare, 9 Aug 2009
i like at the beginning of the disc it says that there may be slight imperfections due to the source material being from archived video. so far the only glitch that i've seen is in the 2nd episode, "battle of the insidious six." there is a slight lag in the audio. i.e., spider-man will sling a web & then there will be the web-sling sound fx a beat after he does it. i think it was really big of the dvd company to say that there would be slight imperfections. so far this is the only one i've seen. i'm just glad spider-man is on dvd.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Black Cat slinks her way in..., 23 July 2009
this is probably my favorite season of fox spider-man. i've always been a sucker for the black cat & granted, they dumbed down the origin story, but they had to make it work for us kids when we first watched the show way back when. i'm so happy that this, along w/ x-men is making its rounds to dvd. it's been a long time coming!

4.0 out of 5 stars The truth is, I am Iron Man, 9 Jan 2009
yes season 1 came off as very 80s & season 2 was a drastic improvement. has anyone had any problems w/ the s1 episode, "enemy without, enemy within," sync-wise? i've tried watching the episode twice & have noticed that the audio & video syncing is way off. all of the other episodes are fine, though so i'm thinking that this is only a flaw within that episode. other than that, season 1 is very cheesy whereas season 2 flows a lot better.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ridiculously bad, but..., 19 Jun 2008
i will be the 1st to admit that this series has no redeeming qualities, but i think that b/c it has no redeeming qualities, that makes it a redeeming quality. captain america & iron man made 1 appearance each in this 1 season fluke. thor himself couldn't show up. the writing & the plots are too sub-par, but i just love it b/c it's absolute cheese. i'm glad to see that all the 70s, 80s, & 90s marvel gems are finally getting to see the light of the day. i hope spider-man is coming soon! i will be picking up x-men. i already ordered iron man. good times, good times...
