1.0 out of 5 stars Not a onesie - very cross., 23 Oct. 2013

When you order a onesie you expect a onesie. This was in two pieces. Very disappointed as it was a present for my wife.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poorly designed - Lasted a week, 6 Nov. 2010
I bought this product based on other reviews here, but it was a mistake.

A bottle like this needs a tight fitting lid, as chances are you'll be carrying it in a sportsbag when it's full of liquid.

The lid fits tight enough, but the lip around it isn't strong enough to open it. Mine broke within a week of use.

I returned the bottle to Amazon, and their service was of course exemplary. I received a prompt refund and no complaints there.

You might have many years of use with this bottle, but I wouldn't buy another. For that reason, one star only.

5.0 out of 5 stars If you only buy one lens for your Nikon FX body, buy this one., 9 Jun. 2010
A simple and short review, as you'll find everyone singing the praises of this lens on the web.

I bought it because I wanted the best for my D700 and I've not regretted my purchase for a second. I'm not a sports or wildlife photographer, so I've no real need for a long lens. Therefore, this baby at 24-70mm suits me down to the ground.

The only other lens I have is the 50mm f1.4 for situations when light availability is extremely limited. Other than those times, this lives on my camera.

Yes it's heavy, but you want it to be. Yes, it's expensive but it's still good value.

If you ahve a full frame Nikon camera then only lack of finance should be a reason not to buy this. Even then, how much do you really love your grandmother?

In a nutshell: Buy it.

3.0 out of 5 stars OK, but not great., 9 May 2010
This review is from: Why Does E=mc2? (Paperback)
I normally love this type of book, and whilst it's a good read, it's not great. I don't know why, but it just lacks a certain something.

Still worth a read if it's 'your thing' but don't expect one of the genre's top reads. It isn't.

5.0 out of 5 stars Can't fault it., 8 May 2010
Great mattress at a great price.

Once you get used to one of these you'll wonder why you kept that rubbishy old springy one for so long.

The suppled pillows are good too, though you'll be needing new pillowcases as they're quite small.

At this price, you can't really go wrong.
