3.0 out of 5 stars Better than the simpsons, 13 Dec. 2005
Family guy is funnier, and edgier than the simpsons, especiall the later episodes. However, when you can get full series for the same price, this dvd is a bit pointless. It still got 3 stars though because family guy is ace

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely breathtaking, 12 Dec. 2005
This is not a conventional first person shooter. it's not the same as a million other games. It is constantly taxing, with a good control system save for the manual aiming is sometimes a pain.
The environments are a joy to behold, as are the enemies and effects, i could go on. The mood created by all this and the lack of any interaction with any friendly creatures AT ALL makes for sinister trecks through the game world, with hused music and a ruined landscape. This game is frequently taxing, and occasionally infuriating while looking for the means to progree (the only fault i can find with this game, and even frightening when being atrtacked by metroids, with hardl any chaotic encounters, but when they occur, you can be sure of some of the greatest boss battles in the history of videogaming.
It lasts for a good 15 hours, and is worth a replay, hardcore gamers will want to get all the log entries to add all of about 10 seconds onto the ending sequence.
Play this game and then enjoy the sequal, but, fps fans stay away, all those who appreciate the quality of videogames such as ico, viewtiful joe, and ninja gaiden will find their next purchase here. Metroid prme is simply one of the best games i have ever played

2.0 out of 5 stars Bring the Noise, 1 Aug. 2005
This review is from: The Collection (Audio CD)
The price is cheap but songs like I am the Law, Caught in a Mosh and Indians which are really some of the thrax's best. The cd is saved a little by AIR, bring the noise (best rap/rock collaboration ever) and anti-social. To get the best from anthrax get their other greatest hits with all their best tracks on or The Greater OF Two Evils (remasters album) although that doesn't have any public enemy collaborations. Also If you ever get the chance, as seen at Download festival 2005, they are one of the best live bands in the world so go and see them

2.0 out of 5 stars Worth it if you can get it cheap, 18 Jan. 2005
This review is from: Untouchables (Audio CD)
After getting Follow the Leader as a follow up to Korn, I got Untouchables cheap, knowing about a few average reviews.
As an opener, "Here to Stay" is blinding, one of the bands best songs, and "Thoughtless is O.K. but most of the album is pretty turgid. There's no life to most of the songs and certainly no other worthy mosh pit anthems.
But you can't go wrong for a fiver for the few good songs that there are
