The case renders the side button to switch phone to silent inaccessible. Very disappointing indeed, especially as the packaging was opened before the fault was noticed.

3.0 out of 5 stars Shame on YOU Amazon, 11 Oct 2012
"Before Salman Rushdie had that problem with a certain religious-political figure with a serious need to chill out.."

I'm sorry, what? I'm a middle of the road Christian and I find this comment really unnecessary and- frankly- offensive. Grow up. Focus on the book in hand, you immature little brat.

2.0 out of 5 stars Like having a stereotypical mother-in-law in your pocket..., 8 Dec 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Firstly, I can't deny that plenty of the advice given in the book is solid and sensible, however I find the author's tone aggressive and rather off putting. I bought the book because I'm a big fan of no nonsense advice, but I think this book is far too curt and highly opinionated.

Like all baby books, if you agree with the author I'm sure you'll think she's a saint. However, if you have an overbearing mother/aunt/mother in law you could save £8.99 by inviting them round for tea rather than buying this book. I personally will be sending it to the charity shop and avoiding reading any more 'baby bibles'.
