Excellent item. Quality feel. Takes 6 different memory card sizes. Some of the competitors can only take one or two. Works brilliantly. Low price. Would certainly recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product as you would only expect from Stagg, 12 Nov. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Excellent product as you would only expect from Stagg. At £35 probably the cheapest one of this type on the Amazon spectrum. Upon opening the package and then the stand one finds it is a fairly light but very sturdy item. The area of the base triangle is approx 1270 cm squared. The leg tip to leg tip distance is 58cm. So actually it does not occupy too much floor area. Rather it goes upwards in the third dimension to accommodate 6 guitars comfortably. Even if you are not going to use all 6 slots it is still worth having spare capacity than to buy a 2 or 3 guitar stand for not that much difference in price or the floor area it occupies. No instruction book but a bit of common sense is sufficient to get it operational. Never used this type before but here is a tip. To stash a guitar on the stand instinct tells you to lean the guitar's neck in the U at the top and place the base of the guitar on the small horizontal bar. No. This is not how the stand is employed. Instead one should hang the guitar by its neck in the U then cushion the guitar's back against the little base bar. The latter is a far more secure way to store a guitar.

Update 27th Dec 2015. I still consider the stand to be really excellent. However I am now reluctant to HANG my guitars by the neck as this stand is designed to do. Hanging, especially the heavy ones, places a strain on the neck and headstock. Considering this one may wish to go for the type of stand you put the base of the guitar body on rather than hanging it.

All in all a decent little clock. On the negative side I agree with other reviewers, suction is poor, the face is small with a diameter of 4cms, it seems to need a fairly frequent battery change and it seems to be creeping up in price. I bought mine a little while ago. On the positive side, it seems to be the only blue one on the market, which is a fit colour for a bathroom, which has numbers and not dots. And by golly is it useful to know the time and time for which you are in the bathroom, whilst, you are in the bathroom.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best thing I could have done, 23 Oct. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Received mine today. Had an old monitor from many years ago lying in the cupboard. Took about 10 minutes to connect all the wires up and oh my goodness, what a machine!!! A few weeks ago I purchased an £800 computer with an i5 CPU from a large computer store. It was faulty. Returned it to obtain a replacement. That too was faulty. Cancelled the transaction and got a refund. Best thing I could have done. It wasn't the fact that the new computer was faulty and the one that Stone Group supplied is not that makes the latter a superior machine (although I was put off from the new one because I was twice let down by it), but that the refurbished one somehow "feels" superior, fault or no fault with either. Can't explain how. The fact that this one is also less then 1/8 the price is especially satisfying. But that said here are my reasons why everyone should buy one of these refurbished computers

1. It is practically free!!! For £85 not only are you getting the computer unit, but a keyboard and mouse (worth £15) and a genuine copy of OS Windows 7 Professional, which is over £100 if you buy it stand alone!!!
2. Ok it is 2nd hand and probably had a good run in its day. But it looks smart enough with very minor scuffs.
3. It is very fast. You could go for a unit containing an i5 or i7 but they can cost over a Grand. For everyday use trust me the Core 2 Duo is very quick and will serve most purposes adequately. It might even exceed high spec laptops for speed, if not the towers.
4. This is a small sized (small form factor) piece and does not take up too much room on your desk. You can place it vertically or horizontally. By putting it horizontally you can place the monitor on top of it to save yet more space.
5. It is very quiet. Has no vibration. Does have background fan sound which is actually very soothing.
6. This refurb computer compared to others which also give you a free monitor has a DDR3, not DDR2 RAM memory. DDR3 is more advanced and faster RAM and there is 4GB installed not 3 or 2.
7. There is a superior E8400 Pentium 3GHz CPU. Some of the i3 and i5 only reach 2.8GHz in speed.
8. There is also a 1 year hardware Return To Base guarantee with this machine. This is something like what you get from the big stores with the new expensive ones. This is all in for 85 quid!!! I still cannot get my head round this. It hasn't sunk in yet. All this for 85 quid. Is someone taking the mick???!!!
9. Do get over the hype of brand new possibly inferior products displayed in fancy ways to pull customers in. Save yourself four or five hundred pounds and buy one of these.

Some facts about the computer I received which may be useful :
Dimensions = (34 X 38 X10 ) cms
10 X USB ports, 4 at the front, 6 at the back
No Wi-Fi connection to the Internet. But has rear Ethernet socket ( which is actually more secure than a radio connection and makes more sense for a desktop)
There is no HDMI, but a VGA at the rear. Now I was led to believe VGA does not carry sound. However the speakers in my old monitor are alive and buzzing.
64 bit Microsoft Windows Professional 7. Like the hype of a new computer personally I have also got over the hype of having to upgrade to windows 10. I have no intention of doing that. I actually love Windows 7. I am used to it. It has and still serves me magnificently.
The unit I received was the HP Compaq 6000 Pro SFF. Bit strange since the one advertised is the HP 8000. But hey whose complaining? The Compaq probably has an edge on the 8000.
DDR3 4GB RAM (not the older DDR2)
Pentium Dual Core E8400 Processor @3 GHz (It's good!!!). If you replaced your HDD with say the Samsung Evo SSD I am sure this would perform faster.
288 GB Hard Disk Drive (according to the display)
There is no SD card reader but a simple £1 USB to SD card adapter can fix that
The DVD/CD Drive is a reader AND a Writer on the unit I received.
There are headphone/speaker outputs and line for a microphone at the front

DON'T THINK JUST GET ONE!!!! You will not be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars These are a superior brush, like a mini car-wash brush on your teeth, 10 May 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Have had my electric toothbrush now for 2 and a 1/2 years. Used the other (two) varieties of brushes for the first two years. Purchased a pack of these in January 2015. I have (reluctantly) just disposed of the first head mid-May 2015. That is 4 and a half months of solid, rigorous use. I believe these are a superior product and should replace the other brushes as standard. Without doubt they last longer than the other two types. But whilst in use they feel more royale; like a mini version of a rotating car-wash brush. Aside from the criss-cross design, the bristles feel heavy duty yet soft and fluffy. Do they give a deeper clean than the other two? Difficult to say. If anything probably better, but certainly not lesser than them.

Once you try these, like myself, you may not wish to return to the one with the yellow rubbered middle or the other one.

Excellent tubes!!! A rare size to get hold of compared to other sizes. For your information. : These are 466mm from pin end to pin end. Also they are advertised as 840K Cool White. I have previously had a batch which were 4000K Cool White. I bought one 840K to test its performance and found it gives EXACTLY THE SAME LIGHT as the 4000k, both in colour and intensity. Not sure how that is so but there it is.

4.0 out of 5 stars I would say this (and an early Siemens unit) is probably the best one I have used, 6 Mar. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I've had a mobile phone since 2001, Virgin PAYGo; same sim card, same phone number. However have had a few phone units which have always cost between £5 and £20. I would say this (and an early Siemens unit) is probably the best one I have used. This one which I received today, is brilliant. What makes it attractive are its fold-away nature, excellent button size and soft rebound. But above all it is sim-free. You are FREE to put in ANY sim card, of any network company, contract or PAYG. This enabled me to retain the phone number that has been mine for the past 15 years.

The only thing that spoils it is the case which has a plasticy feel (hence 4 stars). But come on, for £20 what do you expect? In this price range they probably all are lightweight plastic bodied. This is a superb phone without any other add-ons.

Any phone which can transmit your voice or a text to the other side of the world, say to Thailand, must have the same basic minimal technology inside it that something costing £500 does, which also essentially performs the same function. From a purely functional perspective why pay more?

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing product. I got mine just recently, 24 Jan. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Amazing product. I got mine just recently . I also purchased a second hand Digital TV from a local second hand shop for £20. I recorded films and music on an SD card and USB stick both of which are inserted in the front of this device. The outputs at the back are AV (Audio/Video) and HDMI. Only a cable for the former is supplied. So plugging one end of the cable to the AV output on the device and the other end to the AV input in the Telly, and there you have it. The films and music play on the telly as good if not better than on a laptop.

There are two points here. First I have now freed up my laptop from two of its major uses viz. film and music playback. Second while a decent laptop can cost from £300 - £1000, I achieved two of its major uses for under 25 quid!!! So while the IncrediSonic may not have a Pentium i3 in its electronic inventory it does a pretty good job in playing digitally stored films and music on a TV. Don't think buy this little baby.
