3.0 out of 5 stars Heavy Duty labels., 24 Dec 2012

Heavy Duty labels, not much more to say , except that they do not recommend running paper thru the printer more than once.
ie you have to print all 189 at once.
It would be much better to be able to print a few labels at a time , rather than 189 all at once and then be able to print some more later.

Bosch Rotak 43 LI Cordless Rotary Lawn Mower
Bosch Rotak 43 LI Cordless Rotary Lawn Mower

5.0 out of 5 stars Rotak - Battery power . All positive , no negative !, 19 Oct 2010
We have used petrol mowers (hand and self-propelled) , mains powered and ride-on mowers in our garden, but they all had their problems because the garden has several (6 )separate irregular shaped grassed areas totalling about 500 sq yards. Petrol power was heavy to move around - and often not reliable, mains leads tangle and drag across flower beds; ride-ons are too big and difficult to manoeuvre . BUT the Rotak 43Li felt like an expensive gamble.
Was it large enough, would the batteries run long enough, would it be reliable, would the plastic body survive and be heavy enough to leave stripes on the lawn?
The answer so far is a resounding YES.
The lightness of the machine makes it easy to just keep on walking and mowing ; the roller does leave reasonable stripes. The 2 batteries just cut the whole area when grass is dry (about 0.5 hr each). When the grass is wet or a bit long (2 weeks growth) it needs about 2.5 batteries worth, which is no problem as the batteries charge to 80% in 0.5 hr, so running can be more or less continuous. It starts every time (no surprise)and is quiet. The only remaining question is how long will it last? It seems to have stood up to minor knocks well , only time will tell. Meanwhile it is a pleasure to use , no petrol to buy, or pour, no exhaust fumes, clean, quiet ....I like it.
