5.0 out of 5 stars Ultimate Gaming Experience, 18 Mar. 2002
This review is from: Xbox Console (Video Game)
This is the games console that true gamers have been waiting for, and it is finally out. At first, the price may seem expensive, but there is no need to buy a memory card, a boardband adaptor or a 4-way multitap, as they all come included! You must PLAY the games to be able to appreciate how good they are and how amazing the graphics are in comparison to the Playstation 2.
Believe the hype (and invest in a system and Halo)

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Puzzle Game. Period, 26 Mar. 2001
This review is from: Tetris DX (GBC) (Video Game)
Everyone has played the original Tetris and fell in love with it. Now the sequal has arrived and it is better than ever.
Fed up with the original not saving your best scores? Not a problem for the new edition, as it saves them on the cartridge. It also saves 3 different files, so 3 different people can play. The game also saves mid-game too, so if you need to have your dinner, or need a short break, just pause the game, and switch off the machine - it will start exactly where you left it.
It also keeps account of the total number of lines you have may, and the number of Tetrises you got. The music has been re-vamped too, and the graphics are great in colour. There are new game modes available too which add to the fun. It is great.
This game is a dream to play and a must-have for any Game Boy owner of any age.

4.0 out of 5 stars Top fun wrestling game, 22 Mar. 2001
After finishing Smackdown 2, I wanted a wrestling game that could make me and my friends laugh. And with this game we LAUGHED and LAUGHED and LAUGHED!! It was so funny...all our favourite characters were included in this game with all the usual game modes (One on one, tag matches etc). The only problem is that everyone wanted to play as Barney...though we did take it in turns in the end.
Overall excellant fun, not as serious as Smackdown 2, but top multi-player fun.

4.0 out of 5 stars Ideal for a younger brother/sister, 22 Mar. 2001
It was my younger brother's birthday last week (he is now 4) and I needed to buy him a gift. He likes his new Game Boy Color that he got for Xmas, so I thought that a game for this would do. He loves Sesame Street and the characters, so I thought that this game was the obvious choice. So I bought it. After getting it out of the box he plugged it in and loved every second of it. It was amazing how quiet he was.
I played the game with him. I must say the graphics are good, and that the sound effects are spot-on. The difficultly was set exactly right for the under 5 age range - he had a real sense of achievement when he passed each level
Overall, I would definately recommend this title to anyone who is looking for a game suitable for young children. It is good fun.
