There are few genuine experts in this field, and Karen is one of a rare breed. Much more than just a collection of recipes, written in plain English with many beautiful photographs, this book is a joy to read. Everyone will learn some really useful facts about the effects of a poor diet, and be inspired to change their diet and thus their future health for the better. This book gives some key tools in making dietary changes that really make the difference. Wholesome, real food without fuss or fads. An essential book for anyone serious about improving their health and staying that way.
