5.0 out of 5 stars Christine B, 28 Mar. 2013
There are few genuine experts in this field, and Karen is one of a rare breed. Much more than just a collection of recipes, written in plain English with many beautiful photographs, this book is a joy to read. Everyone will learn some really useful facts about the effects of a poor diet, and be inspired to change their diet and thus their future health for the better. This book gives some key tools in making dietary changes that really make the difference. Wholesome, real food without fuss or fads. An essential book for anyone serious about improving their health and staying that way.

1.0 out of 5 stars Sadly failed to please..., 1 Feb. 2013

The stainless steel rack was broken when it arrived. It's very poor quality so I'm not surprised. Even if it hadn't been broken I probably would have returned it. My old grill pan had a much more substantial rack, but got lost in our recent house move. Still searching for a good quality replacement

Lovely quality teddy bear and a nice size and lightweight for a small baby. Looks like he'll last for many years and would recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars A brilliant blast from the past, 26 April 2010

Fantastic album for any D:REAM fan - every track deserves it's place on this album and it's a worthy member of my CD collection. If you want 'feel good' then this is for you. Features Professor Brian Cox of BBC TV fame who used to play keyboards when he wasn't deeply involved in his university course and PhD and developing a sparkling career in making physics as fascinating as the music of D:REAM :0)
