Good product as long as you do not need technical support, 28 May 2013
I have used for long time in the past an older version (Studio 10) and this was the reason I preferred this new product. Although the product itself is acceptable, the technical support of the company is very poor or it is better to say that it is unacceptable. You have no any operating manual and you have to do everything by your search and your trial.
Of course you can write to technical support, but you get some typical answers with no sense and after some letters you have changed, you understand that you are loosing your time. Actually you have no any help.
